I recently spent an entire afternoon at St. Johns Town Center, and I’m thrilled to give it a full 5-star rating. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, vibrant, and undeniably delightful. This sprawling open-air lifestyle destination boasts over 175 stores, many of which are exclusive to the Jacksonville area—including renowned names like Apple, Nordstrom, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Sephora, and Pottery Barn .
What truly impressed me was how the center blends luxury and convenience. The layout is inviting: palm-lined walkways guide you past fashionable storefronts, while the well-maintained walkways and public areas—like Park Green with its turtle pond and a dog park—add a breezy Florida charm . Whether you're shopping for high-end pieces or grabbing a casual bite, everything feels effortlessly accessible.
Dining is another high point. With options ranging from upscale venues like The Capital Grille, True Food Kitchen, Cantina Laredo, and RH Rooftop Restaurant, to more casual favorites like The Cheesecake Factory, there’s something satisfying for every palette . I was pleased to take a break midway through, soaking in the sunshine, great eats, and warm ambiance.
Accessibility is top-notch—ample free parking, valet service at select restaurants, EV charging stations, family restrooms, play areas for kids, and even car wash services are thoughtfully integrated . Everything felt designed with customer comfort in mind.
Moreover, the center has a strong sense of community and purpose, serving both locals and visitors. Located strategically between downtown Jacksonville and the beaches, with easy access from I-95, I-295, and J. Turner Butler Boulevard, it's a convenient destination for anyone in the region .
In sum, St. Johns Town Center isn’t just a mall—it’s an engaging lifestyle hub. Every visit feels like a mini-getaway: blending luxury shopping, delicious dining, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful outdoor design. I can’t wait to go back and...
Read moreThere are a lot of different people out there. Given that there are so many people it's not pleasant to see that there seem to be too many people who don't care or at least don't seem to care. Some who think they are entitled and better than you. Some are in a rush. Some are just plain rude. Others, who knows?
From staff in different shops and restaurants to customers of all types all over in and out of different places, you will meet many types of people. I usually mind my own business, but I like to have conversations with genuinely nice people I may meet.
Not everyone is bad, but let's be real, some are. Some people are great and I have had the pleasure of meeting some great people, but there are way too many people who act I'll mannered or lack respect. I have better things to do with my time than have to put up with those kinds of people and there are plenty of other places to shop, but alas there are some not-so-nice people all over. Just some have more than others.
If anything I have said offends you then you have mistaken what I am pointing out from my perspective or you might need to take a look in the mirror because you are probably either, condescending, pretentious, or too self-conscious.
At the end of the day, no one knows what anyone else goes through. We all have our battles. Our struggles. Be grateful for what you have. Be comfortable being you. Try to treat others as you would want to be treated. You don't even know when things might change for you. We are...
Read moreSt. John’s town center is a great place to shop at since all the stores (American eagle, aerie, hollister, Sephora, etc.) are there. However coming to the town center is usually a hassle because there is SO MUCH traffic there and so many people are there to shop there especially on the weekends. It’s at its worst when it’s Saturday and Sunday, and during the holiday season.
MY GOODNESS, people are everywhere you go. Every store is crowded and you easily bump into people who don’t know how to walk. The people there get so lost into the stores that they end up not knowing how to walk the right way. So you end up bumping into people. Not to mention, trying to find a parking spot is the most stressful thing coming to the town center because it’s always so full and drivers easily come out of nowhere. Crossing the street is also annoying because many drivers are impatient with pedestrians and don’t know how to stop when a pedestrian is crossing the street. Also here’s a tip: don’t get dinner at the restaurants at this town center especially on the weekends especially at Cheesecake Factory. To be honest, Cheesecake Factory is unreasonably expensive and the people eating there dress up and act like it’s a fancy restaurant. It’s not that fancy and the food is average. There’s a wait at every single restaurant in the St. John’s town center. I would not waste my time going to a...
