T Lash N Wax Studio — Attraction in Jensen Beach

I tried this place out about a month or two ago. They were the only ones that could take me in last minute, so I went. I was reluctant to go with it when I realized it was a nail salon. However, I went with it. However, getting to the appointment was quite confusing. I called in to make the appointment and he told me to come in at a certain time. I went to the address listed on the website that I called and it took me to a place in Jensen Beach. There was nobody there. And it was all closed. So I called the number that I just spoken to and he got frustrated and told me I was at the wrong place. How am I supposed to know? I’m at the wrong place? He says I told you, no you didn’t tell me anything about being at a wrong place or telling me to go to a nail salon. anyway, he told me where to go and there was a tea Nails spa on Indian. I finally found it and he tells me at that point that I was late! He called me and changed my appointment and asked me to come earlier and then tells me I’m late! we went through with it and it was OK. Were not even on both sides, but it wasn’t bad. I came in for my Phil, and I left and my eyes were burning so badly! She had to keep fanning my eyes because I could not open them because the glue that was used was burning so bad. However, it did subside, and although the lashes were somewhat uneven again, it wasn’t bad. Then I make another appointment for Phil before I leave for a trip a few days ago. I specifically speak to the girl that does my lashes and I ask her how early I can come in to get them done so that I can get them done prior to leaving. She said I could come in at 10 AM no problem. I kept calling at 10 AM and no one answered. And then at 10:40, I got a call from the owner telling me that I did not make an appointment. I had left a message and that’s why he called me. I indeed made an appointment. Then he tells me she didn’t put it in there. And then he tells me I made a mistake and called the other place again. I don’t know what other place he keeps referring to because there is a physical building in Jensen Beach, but it appears no one is ever there so I don’t know what’s going on with all of that. However, Just have one phone number for one location. I don’t get it. And again, it was my fault somehow because there was no one at 10 AM to do my appointment when I called. He told me if I could’ve gotten there by 10:30 that they could’ve done it, but nobody was there answering the phone so I had no idea I could go at 10:30! Then he told me he could do it at 3:30 and I told him I would be gone by then and there would be no point. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday for the time in the day. I, was worried with traffic that I would be late and I would be holding her up because if I was not arriving by 5:30, she would have to leave. I did not wanna make her wait if I was not going to make it, so at 4 o’clock, I rescheduled for this morning and asked if that would be better and he agreed. So I scheduled for 10 AM this morning , and due to a train being stuck on the tracks, I arrived at 10:15. He would not take me. So, take it as you want. Customer Service is not the greatest and I am not sure what type of glue is being used. But it does burn and you may need to ask her to use measurements on the lashes because they are not even. I had an unfortunate experience with scheduling. I scheduled online, and received a confirmation, but when I arrived for my appointment, they did not have my appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the appointment and was naturally very unhapy Tim, the owner was very rude and acted as if it were my mistake. It turned out it was his booking software. No excuse for being so rude to a customer. I gave them a second chance because the lash tech Kaila is very nice. I should have learned my lesson. These people need to get their act together. They act as if they are the center of the universe and have no respect for their client’s time. Once again a schedule problem. This time they called me the morning of my appointment and asked me to come at a different time. I had a doctor’s appointment and told them I could get there as soon as I was done hopefully by 1pm, but no promises. Again Tim was exceedingly rude and disrespectful when I didn’t arrive by 1pm. THEY were the ones who changed my appointment time. I was just trying my best to accommodate them. Once again made to feel like it was all my fault. Don’t go there unless you have nothing else in your life or schedule EVER! AND you have a high tolerance for rude people. Kaila needs to find a better place to work. She...

I absolutely LOVE my lashes!!! Layla, and Kaila are both fantastic!!! And Tim is just awesome!!! I first had my lashes done in April for my best girlfriend’s wedding. She had her “Special Day” lashes and I got mine “Classic.” They make such a difference I instantly said WOW!!! It’s really a big difference in appearance without having to put full makeup every day. Even with a pony tail and lip gloss I can feel glamorous going to the grocery store. I don’t have to wear as much eye makeup so I don’t deal with eye smear and I just feel that lashes are the next big thing everyone wants. They last a long time if you are careful not to touch or rub them very often. They are not uncomfortable at all unless you have never worn faux lashes and then it takes a little getting used to the feel. The salon is a nice relaxing atmosphere and has nice aromatherapy so it feels like getting a spa treatment. Bring your headphones and relax and you will be glad you did. I do also love the eyebrow tinting and wax but the lashes are required...
