H & S Travel & Tours - 2mycountry — Attraction in Jersey City

It has been a nightmare for me to book with H&S travels, Please think twice before booking with them and don't fall for a few bucks and book in expedia or other trusted travel sites instead

I booked a ticket from Richmond VA- Hyderabad, they connected me locally with Delta and international with Emirates, Delta flight got cancelled and could not fly on that day, here is what happened after.

I called Delta and I was told that your tickets should not have been booked like this as Delta and Emirates do not have ticketing agreements to handle this situation and cannot rebook me, so I was asked to contact travel agents to rebook as they hold the tickets, travel agent Aleem (manager) from H&S told me he could only rebook using emirates again which didn't make sense to me and gave me a ticket only after 2 days after but this time from Houston TX with emirates, when I asked him to connect me from Richmond he told me that's my problem, how would that be my problem if they could not rebook me based on my original ticket, may be they were trying to save money by not booking local flights, I complained about this to Delta and Emirates and they could only feel sorry for me that I fell prey to this travel agent, After several calls to Delta airlines a manager tried to help me in connecting from Richmond to Houston by trying to work with travel agent (Aleem) and travel agent yelled at the female Delta staff to not bother him that took us by surprise. Finally Delta helped me to connect me from Richmond to Houston. I was travelling with wife and Infant and imagine what these people let me go through.

If you would like peace of mind and care for some self respect, try to AVOID these people.

BTW. Like others I was also forced to give excellent rating when I bought the ticket and I did, when I saw their real attitude later I am changing...

H & S Travel is a awesome place for everything related to setting up your travel. I really appreciate the professionalism shown by Hameed. He was exquisite in the way he was following me to ensure all my needs are addressed and ensured that i book the ticktes through him with all satisfaction. I was so satisfied that i referred three other friends and they had the same wonderful experience with Hameed and booked tickets through H & S. Hameed got me really good deals. He was very accommodating and considerate of my requirements. Even after tickets where booked he had a follow up with me to make sure if i had any other queries or request that he could address. He had helped me to ensure my seat preferences where being worked upon. I am truly impressed with Hammed and with H&S which assures me that they are really true professional and cost effective travel agent to engage for any travel related needs. I will always have them as the first choice for my travel related needs and will refer to my friends and family on any given day. Good...

I would probably not give even 1 start with the experience I had with H&S. I was reading someone’s negative review regarding refund and I can completely vouch for that. I had the very same issue. Booked a ticket in March, Flight got cancelled and I am still following up with the refund. Haven’t received the money yet. Possibly the worst customer service I have seen so far. They will always tell you we will get back to you and not even once (literally!!!) I have got a call back. Every now and then someone goes on leave. I even don’t know who manages the team till now. Manager never showed up or responded. God knows who runs the company. Literally frustrated calling these guys every week. It’s like going round and round. I know people will find positive reviews here but I can assure these are requested reviews. When things will go wrong, people will start taking these 1-2 negative reviews seriously.
