My sister and I visited European Wax but ended up walking out due to how rude and unprofessional the staff were. So, I did a quick search for nearby alternatives and found The Screamin Peach. I gave them a call, explained our situation, and they got me in within ten minutes — seriously lifesavers.

From the moment we arrived, their warmth and friendliness were unmatched. They immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. This was my first Brazilian, and Brittany was my waxer — she was absolutely incredible. I was super nervous (and 36 weeks pregnant!), but she guided me through every step, made me laugh, and turned what I thought would be a terrifying experience into something genuinely empowering.

It seems like my experience was a fluke judging by all these other good reviews (which I’m glad it is not a common occurrence).

I’ll start by saying one of the managers did right and didn’t make me pay the other half of my service I owed (after deposit) and then refunded my deposit which I did not expect.

I’ve gotten Brazilians for years however the one I received today had me in tears once I got in my car, I was in so much pain, it took about 1 hour which is about 3x as long as a normal wax would take me, I was waxed in the same spots 3-4 times leaving me super inflamed.
