UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE - CORPORATE ATTENTION REQUIRED
I've delayed writing this review hoping management would address these ongoing issues. They haven't. This is no longer about one mistakeāit's about a pattern of incompetence that demands corporate intervention.
Three out of my last four orders have been wrong. Let that sink in. A 75% failure rate.
Today's experience was the final straw. I placed a mobile order for two drinks and one food itemāstandard, straightforward. When I got home, I had the wrong food item. I immediately called the store, expecting basic customer service: an apology and a solution. Instead? Nothing. No ownership. No action. No care. I had to tell them how to fix their mistake. I drove back to pick up the correct item, only to discover they hadn't even started making it. I sat there waitingāagaināfor an order I should have received correctly the first time. Not a single employee apologized. When I requested a refund, I was offered a $4 gift cardāless than what the item actually cost. Only after pushing back did they finally process a proper refund.
What should have been a quick stop turned into a 30-minute ordeal that cost me extra babysitter feesāall for a $4 sandwich your team couldn't get right.
This location needs immediate retraining. The consistent order errors, complete lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude toward customer concerns are...

I was going to choose a different business because I had kind of lost my being impressed with Starbucks as a general rule. I have felt Starbucks assumes I will come there instead of earning my decision to come there. Todayās experience has changed that. The door was held open for me by an employee, welcoming me in. I was served coffee at my table in a glass mug because I was staying in house. I watched cleaning happen throughout the place, down to the bases on the tables. To finish the excellence, as I was leaving, someone behind the counter waved and told me to have a great day from across the room. Well done Starbucks in Johnstown. Iāll be back. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrive thru service is the rudest I've ever experienced, I didn't catch her name it was a larger girl that came to the window it was on 9/28 at 10:15am when I placed my order she couldn't get the order right to start with, then proceeded to tell me I couldn't smoke in my own car while going through her drive thru if I was blowing the smoke in her face I could understand the comment but I wasn't the cigarette was in the passenger side of the vehicle, she then totally took control of the card reader and I have no idea on what options she pushed need to now check my bank statement to make sure she didnt charge me an arm and a leg for two coffees will never go to this Starbucks again! Save your money there's a ziggy coffee...
