The Temple Decor — Attraction in Kalispell

Went to get my eyebrows tattoo just regular black ink nothing fancy. And not much to it. I paid 200 dollars and was told by the gal who did them she maybe moving out of state soon but I do need to come in for a 2nd fill because of the fade and scabbing that was included in the pricing and was told if she wasnt there anyone could honor it. Just made that call for an appt and the tattooist had indeed moved. Spoke to a receptionist she asked the owner if they would honor it which was the same man looking over her as I was getting them done and his reply was NO he will not honor it.. Needless to say I will NVR go back to that place for anything. Im pretty sure artist rent a booth which the owner collects just by good buisness you would think he would instead of turning a customer away which he was already paid for.

In response to the comment made by the owner without getting in to too much detail. I was never offered a phone number. And I did offer proof of purchase and was told then to come in and someome will get me taken care of along with the artist reassuring me the same. If it wasnt for me asking the receptionist of making sure I would be taken care of since it had been over six months I would of found myself on an hour drive to be a waste of time. I went and got a tattoo from one artist in the shop several months back and was less than thrilled and honestly kind of disappointed with the sloppiness of the line work. I don't want to name the artist because I understand that It was a very busy day when I got it done. However, it was my first tattoo so I was especially unhappy with the way it turned out. I was told they did free touch ups within 90 days and was cautiously optimistic when the owner agreed to do my touch up (I didn't want to go back to the original artist). Let me say, I am so glad I went back and got it fixed! I absolutely love the line work in my tattoo after the owner, Charlie, fixed it up! I was really anxious from the experience with the previous artist, but Hannah and Charlie made me feel so comfortable and I can definitely say I had a much better experience the second time around. Most of the artists in this shop really care about putting quality art out there and it shows in the way they interact with customers and run the business overall!...

To start off I don’t have any piercings or tattoos. This is the ONLY place that didn’t make me feel like was being judged for not having anything. I didn’t feel out of place. It was very welcoming to my daughter and I. I chose this place because they had the best price and selection for new peircings. The variety was better, which made the choices seem more. Other places didn’t have stars and hearts, which is what a little girl wants. Not only that but Charlie gave her a choice of changing the heart to a whatever color she wanted. We both as mother and daughter had our ears pierced. It was a special moment that we shared together. Charlie, as a Father himself understood that moment we shared and respectful of it.
