Old Navy Outlet — Attraction in Katy

Love this store. I use to work for oldnavy 20 years ago and still love it to this day. Sales associates are all very helpful. I had an issue with a sweater that I bought my daughter. One of the cashiers gave me back the exact sweater I wanted to exchange by accident and I didn't realize it until after my daughter wore it and we washed it. Just happened to mention it to one of the cashiers on another trip back and she said "let me talk to my manager" I said ok but he probably can't do anything, I already washed it. The manager came up front heard my story and said bring the sweater back and tell them I said you can exchange it since it was the associate mistake. I had a bad customer service experience at Old Navy. After being in the store 25 minutes before closing, I went to try on 2 dresses 13 minutes before closing and the young lady said the dressing room was closed. Huh? I’ve been in here shopping.

I like hitting the clearance sections.Pro Got great deals ! Con its usually always a mess. I was surprised it was rather put together when I went on a Monday. Every time I go the items are mixed up. No organization in the jean clearance section. That makes it difficult to find jeans unless you spend a great amount of time going through the items. Another bad thing was the scanners available weren't working. They weren't scanning the tags and that was a bummer. Over all...
