I have shopped here many times in the past 5 months and for the most part my purchases have been good. The only reason this location does not get 1 stars is for the deals they offer, other than that the quality of the clothing I would give 7/10 the stitching on the pants are not very good all the time. My recent visit and communications with the Store management has not been good when it comes to exchange/returns on defective items. Mustafa was the main contact I was talking to in person and Kenya was the manager that denied me a store return she never even came out to greet me or even speak to me about my concerns but they tried giving me reasons not to accept my return “adding her own reasons to the return and warranty policy” for instance they said if the item has been worn or washed you can not bring it back. I have read all return and warranties policy’s and nowhere it says any of that. I recorded the entire experience and names and just contacted my lawyers to handle my return so I am not worried it will work out in my favor. While shopping for a birthday dinner . We put some clothes on hold in the event we’ll come back to get them later that day while still shopping in the mall . Well during us walking up and getting back the clothes we put on hold , we ran into the store manager here . We spoke, said hello 👋🏾 and also greeted ourselves to the person at the register which was the manager . Not one time did the manager look up and greet us at all nor did she ask if we need help ! She was in her phone just chilling at the register then her coworker holly asked did we need help after checking someone else out . We agreed yes can we pick up the clothes we put on hold . So holly brought them over but the manager of the store was still at the register . As holly placed the clothes with the manager for us to check out , the manager says oh no Holly will check y’all out . As if it was something wrong with her hands and fingers and couldn’t check us out . Customer service was horrible from the manager at this location ! My experience here was horrendous Came in here June 24 at 7:15 PM and while browsing, one of the employees told this lady who was looking through jeans to stop touching them because she had just arranged them. I couldn’t believe my ears or eyes. Around 7:25 I was heading over to the fitting room because I wanted to try some clothes on and the guy said that he couldn’t let me in the fitting room because they were about to close it was 7:25 so I was a bit confused but as I was going to put down the items the cashier let someone in the fitting room. So, I asked her if her fitting rooms were closed and she said, no and that she’d open one for me. I mentioned that the guy told me they were closed and she turned to the other employees who had told the lady to stop touching the jeans to confirm and she told me that if I could hurry up only then she would open a fitting room I understand closing because I work retail but I have never conditionally opened a fitting room for a customer that’s not how you’re supposed to treat customers.
