Legitimately the worst service from any business I've ever visited. My mother lost her glasses, so we went into the store to replace them. She looked around for upwards of 30 minutes, we received not 1 greeting from any of the employees, then when we asked to be helped we were told we had to wait behind people that had literally just entered the store because "we hadn't signed in to the sign-in sheet". We then waited as employees started dwindling, mostly sticking to the back room (the number of employees on the floor from when we first entered to this point was 1/4). We were further pushed down the line to be helped as the young male worker was taking the pretty young female clients ahead of us (helping them before us even though they hadn't signed into the all important sign-in sheet), and regaling them with his glorious stories of his used car adventures. After upwards of an hour and a half of being pushed to the side and having hordes of customers go in front of us, we approached an employee that had made eye contact with us several times but had skirted our attention, asking her "when can we expect to be helped?". She responded "whenever there's an opening". I have NEVER felt more disrespected by a business in my life before. I can't recommend enough steering as far away from this place as possible. Had an appt and needed a DMV paper filled out and due to the negligence from the Dr. I was told from the DMV that I was not going to be able to get my licence. THANK GOODNESS THE DMV STAFF DID THEIR JOB!!!! They found a discrepancy from the Dr. office and called me immediately and stated that the office had made a mistake and that my driving license had been reinstated. I had to just take the paper back to eye place and get it filled out properly and when I arrived not a welcome or nothing they just took my paper and stated they didn't understand why they needed to do. TheY had stamped it. I pointed out all the plank areas and that they all need to be filled out. The receptionist did it, meanwhile the Doctors were sitting behind her listening to the rudness and did nor said anything! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! During the primary visit for the eye exam that got wrong I was diagnosed with an eye conotion and scheduled for suguey. Not even asking me if I was ok with this. So I got a second opinion from another doctor and come to find out I would NOT need surgury! So when called to cancel the appt. The receptions was so rude. My husband went to Kennewick location to get my daughter glasses on March 6, and he showed the girl working in the store the coupon of 2 pairs starts at $39.95 (see attachment deal photo), and he asked if that deal is better or if he uses our insurance will be cheaper. The girl looked our VSP insurance and said they don't take the insurance but they have deal going on so 2 pairs will be about $120. My husband paid more than $120 for 2 pairs. Then today my daughter got new eye exam and her vision changed so she needs new glasses but the front desk girl from eye doctor' office told me my benefit is not available, so I called my insurance only to find Eye Mart did submit a claim on March 6, so I called Kennewick store and asked why they used our insurance without my husband knowing. Supprisely, the girl answered my phone told me we own them almost another $150 and the insurance only paid $30. Who told you to use our insurance?? Now I lose the benefits! Also own your $150?? You told my husband there was the deal for 2 pairs and he paid in full!! I am really angry right now! So is my husband! We trusted Eye Mart now it is a scam to us!!
