Crumbl — Restaurant in Kennewick

My first time trying this place. Wasn't sure what to expect. Walking in the place was pretty bare. But in a good way because you can see practically everything right there. But there was no pleasant greeting or any kind of an even mediocre welcome and the place was empty except for three employees. I guess each week there are new cookies on the menu with the exception of the good ole chocolate chip, which I think is a regular item every week. I can see why because it was very good. I saw a tray of small cookies but the cashier said those are only for special catering events. Too bad. They really should consider having them sell in a dozen mix n' match. For some I'd imagine the Crumbl standard cookie is too much, like a cheeseburger from McD. and I think I'm one of those people who prefer a smaller cookie as I am not a big sweets person so when I do have a craving it's really only for a bite or two. My cookie had to be placed in the freezer for when another craving hits which isn't often. A smaller cookie like they had for catering would've been perfect. That way I could've also tried a variety. The casher was friendly enough. I thought I'd actually like to work there part time because it was so clean and open and I have been thinking I needed to be more social and part time work would be my answer. Overall Crumbl is good. Now that I've tried them I will keep them in my mind whenever I wish to treat a friend to a treat which I do often with various neighbors and friends. My first experience was a nice tasty fresh warm treat....

Well shoot..I guess I was expecting a little more due to the fact that because of all the super built up hype..idk I just wanted a little more of whatever..not really sure what though..maybe better directions with Google maps or a little lower in price or I just don't know maybe the 6 flavors for this week October 16-23..the Twix cookie is alright and my boyfriend said the chocolate chip was good and those were the only 2 I got..nothing else caught my eye..yes they are soft and the texture is good and the cookie itself not to super sweet..the confections on top are just about the right amount of sweet but idk..I just felt like it should've been an explosion of flavor and I just want feeling or tasting it..idk I'm going to give it another shot next week and who knows maybe this week just wasn't my fav flavors..I willlet...

I ordered a pack of 16 Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookies for my niece's small birthday party, thinking they'd be a sweet little treat for the kids. But to my absolute horror, they were practically flavorless, definitely not sweet, and barely edible. I was mortified. Imagine a group of little girls taking a bite and just frowning. It was genuinely embarrassing. I don’t care how polite the staff were; nice doesn’t fix a ruined party moment. If you're going to sell cookies, especially for children, at least have the decency to clearly state that they taste like cardboard with a sprinkle of disappointment. That said, I do appreciate the friendly service, and I hope this feedback helps the store improve how they describe certain recipes, especially when it comes to desserts people count on for...
