the employees here or overall pretty great they do seem to want to help the other time that we came here though we were very disappointed we ended up getting a little sick off will not a little bit sick but we actually got pretty sick with something that we had a to-go order with not really sure what it was but the quality assurance person that was supposed to help us out did not help us out that well when we were trying to inform them that we ended up getting sick they just said that no one else has gotten sick at this location but me and my wife both got sick off the same thing we didn't wait that much longer or we did was pick up our order took it home which was freshly made when we picked it up because it wasn't made yet so it's not like the food was sitting around for more than 10 minutes we were very disappointed that in the middle of the night my wife woke myself I ended up getting sick my wife got sick the same night a little bit earlier before going to bed me while I was asleep I just woke up suddenly and had to go was very disappointed with the service that we got after reporting a situation we were just trying to prevent anybody else from getting sick could have been handled much better instead we felt like they were calling us liars because he seemed to be thinking that we wanted to get something out of it we didn't care I have been working and quality assurance for over 7 years and know the proper way of helping people when these type of situations happen this person did not handle it properly I would report to supervisor but unable to get ahold of anybody so we decided to just report it next time to someone else I hate to do that but we would have to go to the next person up but this is what happens when you treat people improperly.nothing against this location the people that actually work here seem to really care and we're very kind they did apologize and were willing to help us out I we were okay though we weren't really craving anything at the time we have gone since food was fine and we enjoyed it quite a bit we will be back I'm not knocking this location just on the quality or the customer service representative who ended up helping us afterwards when we did have an issue all we did was want to help prevent people from getting sick but this location is fine not sure what kind of sick we were just trying to report it because something there got to sake we just don't know...

OK, so here it goes. I have always wanted to try Chipotle Mexican Grill. Even though there is that one in Kennewick, I rarely ever go to that town and when I do, it's for business and I never think to look for a place to eat. So the other day I get a postcard in the mail informing me there's a new Chipotle in my neck of the woods and boy was I happy with that news. This postcard also states if I bring in the postcard I will get free chips and sauce/dip. So I place my order and choose to pickup via drive-thru. The drive-thru girl looks discombobulated. There was only one car behind me. She was unfriendly and refused to take my postcard and give me the free items. She asked the manager first and the manager said, "we aren't doing that here"...YET that card was mailed to me here in W.Richland. First fail. Secondly. I order a bowl and ask for tortillas on the side...yup, no tortillas - fail. My daughter orders the three crunchy tacos and so what they do is smash them together and only put cheese in the middle so only the middle taco gets cheese and they were incredibly soggy and a colossal mess - fail !!! It ended up being a pile of crumbled tacos. My son got the burrito and it was good but no cheese, or, if there was cheese it somehow disappeared - fail. My son and I asked for fajita veggies on our dish and we were lucky if there was two strips of onion and bell peppers. What a major disappointment, in total this place = TOO MANY FAILED F UPS. I can't even tell you just how disappointed I am because I'd waited so long to try this place. Chipotle , you need new management and you only just opened. Don't send out free offers then not honor them and lastly, you need to figure out a way to make food presentable and fresh and crisp. Ours looked like...

Spencer and Lydia from what I remember were very nice to me especially Spencer how he offered great service and great manners he instantly noticed I was there and needed assistance and found a great way to help me out and to fit my needs I would definitely recommend going if their both there especially on Lydia she had short curly hair medium skin tone and she also agreed with Spencer’s service with no buts or complications and that’s definitely what people wanna see when they step in their very quick and suitable service. Especially service you unexpected. :) I would definitely come to this location again since I’ve been to one the same day in pasco and they didnt even acknowledge I was there also showed bad service in pasco rd 68 didn’t explain anything and had me wait there longer than I should of and also attended other people before me when I was waiting there for over 10 minutes already and it’s such an uncomfortable environment in rd 68 chipotle and very uninviting and unwelcoming and I went there at about 8:40pm last night on 11/05/24 and i regret going in there especially with how they make you feel without even breaking the silence. While I went to the Kennewick chipotle by crumbl cookies they really changed my perspective on the place and how it’s a lot about the people there and not the place it’s at.
