I recently ordered some catering from Bravo for Christmas Eve (over $175). When we arrived to pick up the food, it was clear that they were overwhelmed with orders and they told us that they had accidentally given out one of our platters to another customer. They offered us a salad platter instead to compensate (no monetary compensation), but we agreed to that. Once we arrived home and began to serve food, everyone immediately noticed that both the potato salad and pasta salad tasted expired. I believe they may have received too many orders and didn’t have enough refrigeration space for all of the orders. Needless to say we had to throw away the full platter of potato, pasta, and even the green salad in the trash as they were all completely inedible. Unfortunately they kept my receipt at the time we picked up the food so are unable to dispute the charge. $80 went straight into the trash. When im finally greeted im given a bag to pay at the register but the people before me got all their food and then went to pay but ignored it and went to pay for it. When i showed my receipt to deli lady shave gave me my food and i went to meet up my family in the aisles. I was literally followed buy a short lady with red shirt(employee) and a gentleman with blue shirt. At check out i paid for the things with no problem whats so ever but then i get charged for the same deli food i already paid for originally.when i brought it up to the cashier the red shirt lady jumped in and yelled for a receipt and the brown bag of food. When i tried to exchange it for one not expired the lady at the customer service counter said that no exchange of products without receipt. How bad it is to have a supermarket where your refund policy is not available to read so your customers knows not to throw away the receipt. Completely dissatisfied with the experience and will loose me as a customer. Way too many other latin supermarkets in the area to keep going to a place not willing to do an exchange.
