Last night was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a sephora. Immediately upon entering there was a woman who was supposed to be greeting us. I smiled and said hello to the woman as she looked me square in the eyes and completely turned around, straightfaced and looked the other way until My friends and I walked past. There was a Too Faced event happening, but not one employee told us about anything about what was happening. As I was walking around I found a stila end cap. I was swatching a tester and decided I wanted to purchase it. I looked through the boxes and found the last of that specific product. One of the employees had apparently been testing it on another customer who also wanted it. The employee turns around to me, looks me up and down and says "oh" in an annoyed tone, turns back to the girl she was testing on and snidely says "well that was the last one. So." This employee had medium length, bright red hair. I told the other girl she could have the last one, but it's the principle of it all. If you're testing on a client and know there's only one left, don't be rude to me because you weren't holding it for the customer who wanted to purchase. It was extremely awkward and rude. The way she dealt with me was unprofessional. Had she said "oh I'm sorry this client was testing that to purchase. I can help you order one if you'd like" it would've been completely different. Every employee was rude except for the woman who checked me out at the end. The only reason this review gave 2 stars is because they had a great deal on tarte lip products. Other than that, I will never go there again. Every other time I had been there it was either okay or very poor experiences because of employees. Now I will not be spending my time or money there again. Disney should be ashamed of having a store with such terrible customer service...

1 month update: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE CREDIT CARD SCAM I signed up for the credit card 2 months ago. Never received my card. Calle for let them know. They said they’d send a new card. I never received that card. I cannot login to my account online without a card number. I called the toll free number. Was transferred hung up on three times. I calle snack the fourth time and input the same information and they said my balance was $0!!! AND I had made a payment in March. I didn’t even have an account until September. And that was using my social security number as an identifier. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I suspect fraud. They will not let me speak with a supervisor and keep hanging up on me. I cannot make any payments on this account which stinks because I opened it at the store using a $300 purchase and now I cannot pay it and cant get a hold of a rep! Huge shout out to Mo!!! I visited this location with my mother and Mo was so welcoming to us! I popped in to show my mother about a chemical peel product that I had seen before, and Mo ended up educating me on several vegan products that they had there and I found a moisturizer (with SPF but without any crazy sounding additives) which I had been desperate to find. Mo was amazing- attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Mo listened to all my concerns and inquiries and then made extremely helpful selections and also encouraged me to explore other brands. Walked in expecting to window shop and I ended up (happily) purchasing more than $300 worth of products for my mother and I and* finally opening a Sephora card. Thanks for all...
Read moreI don't even know how to start I've been on this location multiple times and usually its okay but this visit today was truly disappointing to the point that i feel i have to leave a bad review.
Ignoring the fact that the store is always busy because i get it, its disney springs, today the customer service was beyond bad i came in to a great start as the person that greeted me at the entrance was very nice and pointed me towards the area i needed to go though once i got to the stand i needed there was an employee (which i don't entirely blame) she was just in the way of the product i wanted and was helping a guest explain features of a product but she went on for far too long and couldn't get a chance to say something as everyone was in my way so i move away to get another product from a nearby spot which was also crowded and as i looked for help i had no one nearby to help me so i move to another spot to get an employee to help me to which i had to wait as she was taking a picture for a coworker, uh okay so she "guides me" to the product that i wanted yet she was more lost than i was in getting to it and once we get there she hands me the wrong product and i tell her and she gives me the right one and then just leaves me there even though i had some questions and wanted to get something else.
Any ways I'm just disappointed and feel thats no way to treat a guest no matter how busy the store is the only reason I'm giving two stars. the person at the entrance was nice and so was the cashier everything else just...
