Outlets at the Dells — Attraction in Lake Delton

Hanes outlet shoppers beware!!! I purchased about $200.00 of Hanes clothing last weekend. I bought 2 sets of boys socks and started to take the packaging off which was the plastic piece that holds the socks together to find once I took it apart that it was boys toddler socks. Honest mistake since they don't write toddler on the package but shoe size was definitely within the right size. I fortunately got the correct size for the 2nd package of socks. I made another trip from Madison to the Dells to exchange the unused socks undamaged packaging minus the piece of plastic line that secures the socks together. I was told by the manager that there was no way she could repackage or resell the socks because they did not have anything to reattch the socks. My husband asked to see their return policy. It states can not accept used or damaged products within 45 days of purchase. She was very unwilling to do an exchange stating it was unsellable. I asked who her manager was because I wanted to speak to them. She replied I can't give you their phone number. They wont take your call. I stated I couldn't believe they wouldn't give me a number to contact. Finally as our conversation escalated to another level of frustration after she pointed out that they have the right to not refund she agreed to exchange the socks stating she has to damage them out because they are unsellable. I quietly went over to pick out my replacement and did the exchange. I don't think this should have been this difficult and I have decided that I will not be shipping here ever again and will go back to Kohls and JCPenney where they dont give you any frustration for a return and in many cases for items in way worse condition. BEST OUTLET EVER!!

Because.... They really ARE an Outlet Center Great staff very friendly and good deals that really are legitimate. There are just the right amount of them not so many that it's just a waste of space and time but the ones they have are the excellent best of them I think It's in the Dells Wisconsin Dells so no matter what you're going to have a great time anyway because there's great restaurants great hotels to stay at it's just so funny hour and I love the design of this outlet because it's just so welcoming and they have lots of little fun side things like you can rent a little animal to ride through the center your children will love it And lastly because every time I go there I have a great time I take a friend or my daughter we always have fun and then we go to the nostalgic Denny's down the road and have lunch it's just a perfect day it's so easy off the 90 to get there and when you can say you had a great time not just got a bargain then you've got the best outlet...

Bought donuts and slushies from the kiosk in the middle of the mall. Got weird vibes from the guy working there so decided to use cash instead of my card. My change was $4 something and he pulls 2 dollars out of the till and tries to give it to me. I have him a weird look and went to say something and he quickly said, I’ll have to get the rest of your money. Then hands me cold donuts and says first let me get your slushies. Makes slushies and says here you go have a nice day. Still hasn’t given me my change or even at the very least the $2 dollars. I said I need my change and he made me follow him to another store, where I had to wait for him to talk to another customer before giving me $4 and never did give me my actual change. I don’t know if this was his way of trying to tip himself but I would’ve left him all my change if he wasn’t such a scam artist.
