Have had our last horrible experience here. We will not be coming back. I got two coffees on the 15th of November, one with NO caffeine, as my boyfriend cannot handle the caffeine just likes the taste. We told the person at the drive through 3 times. We got out drinks and he tasted it and immediately could taste it had it in there. We called and got a $5 gift card from the manager and a new drink (got the next time as I couldn't make another trip). She gave us two as we relayed a prior experience, date unknown, where we got our drink which tasted litersely like water, barely any taste there was so much ice. So we went back and got out gift card and used our free coffee, our coffee was decent that time. This last time, unknown of date (they don't like to give receipts), we went late at night to use our gift card. We proceeded to tell her we wanted the largest size WITHOUT the caffeine of the Salted Caramel Frappe. We waited about 3-4 minutes and the girl at the end set it on the corner and walked away. It was obviously the smallest size and I asked her what the writing on the side meant. It was the correct coffee but incorrect size. So we obviously asked for another one to be made. She was extremely rude to us and didn't say a word and when she was done "slammed" it on the counter and walked away without saying a word. I told my boyfriend that was the last time and we aren't giving them another chance. Not only was it her fault our coffee was made wrong but her attitude was unprofessional. The worst part was when we were driving home and all we could taste was watered down coffee, barely any taste if you ask me. We just got off the phone with management and they offered us 4 coffees but honestly I'll be taking my business to the other Starbucks in town. Just wanted to let everyone know of our experiences at this one...
Read moreInitial reaction: good old Starbucks! Upon entering, I thought it looked clean, open and the staff seemed friendly enough.
I didn't have any interaction with the staff since I made a mobile order ahead of time. We sat closer to the door, and wanted to stretch out and enjoy a drink and some food before continuing to drive on our journey.
The bathroom was clean and well stocked.
The food tasted fine, and coffee, Starbucks standard.
The problem was that as we were sitting there, I kept noticing flies... and more flies... and more flies.
There were so many of them flying around that it was very uncomfortable to enjoy my food. I had the egg bites, but had to keep them inside the bag and closed between bites because the flies kept coming over for a taste.
And these were the big fat flies, not the little tiny ones.
So I know flies can get inside. I get it. I get them in my house too. But I try different things to get rid of them, because even one gets on my nerves. I've never been to a Starbucks in any other location that made my stay uncomfortable because of flies, even in tropical Hawaii or Thailand.
Since we were sitting closer to the door, I thought maybe the flies were all concentrated there? (there weren't any in the bathroom) I did mention to the staff that it looks like there is a fly infestation problem, and one of the girls said "yea" and then laughed. And another girl said, "yea, we know."
Sooo, are you doing anything about it?
Since the store doesn't seem to be proactively doing anything about this problem, I'm worried that there is a sanitation problem here and would ward off...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst Starbucks experience I've had to date. I am a disabled veteran and placed an online order as usual. I was informed at the drive thru window that they now require a 10 minute wait before approaching the drive thru for mobile orders or I have to come inside. NOWHERE in the starbucks app is this stated. Also, there were exactly ZERO people in the drive thru. Maybe inform the customer for this round but don't make them hobble their disabled self inside like a complete tool. If I had ordered it at the drive thru window instead of the mobile app I wouldn't have had to wait or limp inside. Instead, you have decided to punish those of us who use the order ahead feature. I will no longer be visiting Starbucks and supporting such an unfriendly business. I should also note that the drive thru still had not received a single customer by the time I hobbled in, grabbed my drinks and left.
