Really cool spot!!! We were greeted warmly when we walked in and informed that the bar to pour your own candle was sold out. Small bummer but we enjoyed smelling all the scents and even had the opportunity to mix our own scent for a car diffuser. The woman helping us was so lovely. When my daughter asked if she could pour her own candle (even though I had told her it was sold out), they were definitely willing to accommodate us and we would have taken her up on it but we couldn't return the next day to pick up since we were only in Lake Geneva for a day trip. (We walked in about an hour and a half before closing.) The kind gesture was very much appreciated. Highly recommend the reservations! My daughter was happy to mix the scent for the car diffuser and the woman helping us was extremely nice. She explained everything thoroughly from beginning to end. We left happy and with a promise to return to experience the pour your own candle bar. Such a lovely time. Definitely recommend. Can't wait...

My husband and I were hoping to make some candles a month ago when a woman helping us stopped mid sentence to run out into the parking lot to place a no parking leaflet on lady's car who clearly was just briefly stopping ( her emergencies were on) to drop off her elderly mother and children. How very insensitive, what a lack of empathy,is this the society we're a part of right now?! I will not support a business that harasses people like that!That employee (or maybe it was an owner) just stood there watching that family exit the vehicle and walk off as though making sure her order was being obeyed! She probably should pursue a career in parking enforcement! In the meantime she totally forgot about us! And by the way we didn't notice a car pile up from all that traffic of candle making enthusiasts trying to gain access to Candle Mekka during those crucial 3 minutes it took that lady to stop and go....

Pros: They had spots set up for us for our reservation. Wicked clean! Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Was such great fun to enjoy smelling and choosing the scents for our candles and sprays. You bring your list to the counter. The staff helps you narrow your choices so your final product will work well. You mix the scented oils to your ratio. They pour the hot wax and wick the candle for you, you mix the oil(s) in you chose to scent it. The wax sets as you shop the area. Cons: The pricing structure. The buy 3 get one free did not work as expected. 3 candles + 3 sprays did NOT mean 1 free candle and 1 free spray. Took me a bit to figure it out, but the actual cost was 4 candles and 2 sprays. I realize it is only a pre tax $9 difference, but not what was expected and left me feeling somewhat duped. 😕 So I'd recommend putting in two separate orders for anyone else getting two...
