Rampart Commons — Attraction in Las Vegas

This is an awesome venue since undergoing its makeover. It is going to look absolutely magnificent and the tenants are truly some of the best Summerlin has to offer. But, and it is a huge "BUT," did the property managers and owners neglect to calculate parking on weekends after everything is fully open?!?! Try getting a parking space on ANY Friday or Saturday from 5:00 pm through 8:00 pm now March 2018. It IS impossible! Even when all that rear parking is made available after the construction ends, those spaces will be used by employees of the complex and the additional customers of the yet to open venues. There must be at least 20 more spaces that can be used back there but even 25 is insignificant when this place gets cranking. That will set a limit and boundary for revenue for these businesses. Time to get creative about parking because, that ceiling will be hit at the first weekend of all the businesses being open by summer. That's a quick way to lose customers. Valet, ride share and parking across at Boca Park may be an answer but, if it gets too complicated, those barriers will restrict business as there are others choices coming soon to this area....

Pottery Barn used to be my favorite home store by far for many years. Despite living here for 3+ years I had not been to this one until this week. Parking is a major issue but it was a holiday. Went in and walked the entire store front to back and not one associate said a single word to me. Literally nothing! They all seemed busy except the two ladies near the back behind the counter were just chatting with each other and never looked around. The prices seemed to have creeped up more than I r remembered but they are a premium store. Left with $150 of old gift cards still in my pocket....

Salt & Honey and North Italia are both such wonderful venues, I can’t wait see what Flower Child has to offer.
