Pamela. Is. The best.

Like most men, this was my first time buying an engagement ring, so I was generally uneducated about rings and very hesitant about doing everything perfectly, while of course keeping an eye on my budget. There's a lot of research that can be done online, but Pamela went above and beyond to answer every question and teach me more about diamonds and bands than I ever could have figured out on my own. Overall, her great patience, knowledge, and customer service are why I'll come back to this jeweler for any future purchases.

But let's talk about that ring! This thing is beautiful, and exactly what my fiancée (Shelby) wanted. I went in with a lot of experience in Shelby's tastes, but only a vague idea of how to fit that style into an engagement ring. Enter Pamela. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted for Shelby's ring and helped me find a GORGEOUS stone that fit my budget (triple eX in polish, symmetry, and cut, completely colorless, 0.8 carat round, VVS2). Nowhere else offered a stone like this for the price I got it for. Then she arranged a custom-designed band for me after helping me pick the features I liked from other bands in her shop. She set the stone in the band herself, and even re-sized the band right in the shop after I proposed, and did it in only 2 hours.

I always admired the window displays at PJ Rossi's, however until a couple of years ago I had never ventured in to the store. I honestly assumed that there wouldn't be anything that I could actually afford! Then Ms. Rossi had advertised an in-store event to introduce some new jewelry lines and it sounded like an enjoyable, low-key way to check it out. I did attend that evening's event and had a great experience. The staff was friendly without being intrusive or pushy, no elitist attitudes, AND I learned that the shop carries a variety of jewelry lines with price points ranging from affordable (me) to the uber-wealthy (Fine and custom-design collectors). So I've been back to shop a couple times; my turquoise and sterling ring from the Marahlago Larimar line is just cool and I always receive compliments on the design and stone. Great men's things in Titanium and Stainless Steel, purchased a man's bracelot as a gift too. Love the free gift wrapping! But lastly, and most importantly, Ms. Rossi and the ladies make sure that every person who enters that front door feels important. Now that my 8 year-old granddaughter collects Pandora she loves to come with me to the store, look at everything (!) and learn about charms she likes, chatting on her own with a sales-person who makes her feel totally special....

I didn’t think such a prestigious and high end Fort Lauderdale jeweler would even take the time for such a small job, but they did.

Not only was John, the customer sales coordinator nice and welcoming to me with my small repair issue, but Pamela Rossi, the owner and an icon in the diamond industry as one of the most respected and top gemologists in the country, could not have been more gracious and engaging.

They treated me as if I was buying a $100,000 diamond ring, even though it was repair under $100. This is why local Floridians and visitors to the Fort Lauderdale area swear by this jeweler as their go to place for a whole range of jewelry options – from the most beautiful and exquisitely expensive down to very affordable everyday gorgeous pieces.

I have been to many jewelers in south Florida, and P.J. Rossi’s are by far the best. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, and you won’t be disappointed with P.J. Rossi’s given their inventory, sales experience, repair expertise and overall great store vibe.
