Review of Taco Craft Taqueria
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taco Craft Taqueria, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located conveniently near a paid parking lot which offers both pay-by-plate and meter options, including an app for ease of payment, I found it quite accessible. The parking situation was straightforward, alleviating any stress before I even stepped inside.
Upon entering Taco Craft, I was immediately struck by the inviting and vibrant atmosphere. The decor struck a perfect balance between casual and chic, making it an excellent spot for both a laid-back lunch or a lively dinner with friends. The friendly staff added to the welcoming ambiance, setting the tone for an enjoyable meal.
As for the food, I was eager to try a couple of their specialties. I started with the kale salad, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious and generous in portion — enough to serve two if you’re not particularly hungry! The flavors were fresh, and it had a delightful crunch that paired wonderfully with the dressing.
Next, I couldn't resist sampling the vegetarian tacos. They were seasoned expertly, showcasing a wonderful array of spices and ingredients that added depth to each bite. The tacos were not only visually appealing but were also fulfilling, and I appreciated the careful attention to detail in the flavor profiles.
Overall, my experience at Taco Craft Taqueria was interesting and thoroughly satisfying. With delightful menu offerings, a pleasant environment, and easy parking, I can confidently recommend this spot to anyone in search of fresh, flavorful cuisine. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their...

Yuca Fries – 8/10 Yummy! I didn’t expect them to be so good. They’re not super flavorful on their own, but the sauce is delicious (and spicy!).
Nachos – 8/10 Really good—oily, fresh, and not too salty. A solid choice.
Guac – 7.5/10 Good but nothing crazy. There was some pepper in it, which added a nice touch. I wish it had a lot more cilantro, but that’s just a personal preference.
Shrimp Taco – 9/10 My favorite one. Very yummy, refreshing, with good veggies inside. Great mix of textures and flavors, definitely a conversation taco!
Braised Chicken – 8/10 Yummy, but I wish it was saucier. It felt like the guac was trying to act as the sauce, which wasn’t enough for me.
Carver – 7.7/10 Good overall. I wish the meat was a bit more tender and juicy. The sauce was tasty and there was a good amount of it. I liked the inside too, there was watercress in it, which I learned about today! Didn’t really taste the refried beans though if they were in there, I couldn’t tell.
Korean Beef – 5/10 Not my style at all. Tasted too much like soy sauce. The meat was good until that soy sauce flavor took over.
Baha – 6.7/10 Decent, crispy, but didn’t stand out much.
Tuna – 6.3 /10 Also crispy. The flavor was just okay overall I didn’t like the tuna at all; it felt like too much. The inside was yummy, but the crispy noodles on top felt kind of useless.
Service & Atmosphere Service was good nothing amazing, but no complaints. The restaurant itself is solid. I really enjoyed the Taco Tuesday deal, and overall, it’s a fun, reliable place to eat.
(Sorry about the photos, I forgot to take pics of my plate and some of the tacos, but everything...
Read moreAnother incredible experience with some friends for a lunchtime feeding. The staff and decor are always so inviting. They have really done an incredible job of providing quality atmosphere, food, drinks, and service. We had a pretty sizeable group (around 15), so we were able to call ahead of time to let them know. They were gladly able to accommodate us. There was a two person band playing a wide range of music and setting the atmosphere for a good time. When the band wasn't playing, there were still tunes to be heard, making you want to stay partying and relaxing with your friends, enjoying great cocktails. It was just that kind of day. The food took a little longer, which is understandable given our size, but the drinks were out quickly, and they were so good. I had the Mango Mezcal Margarita. It was crisp, with a hint of smoke, and delicious!!! To eat, I tried the aguachile; similar to a shrimp ceviche with a little more spice. There was a lot of shrimp and the flavors really popped. One of my friends tried the ceviche, the pork belly taco, and the yucca fries. And washed it all down with a tequila old fashioned. Everyone had a great time. And the atmosphere and service were amazing. All of the right vibes in all the right places, sharing a little of the South Florida goodness, with Mexican themed cuisine. Definitely...
