Ocean Treasure Beachside Suites — Hotel in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

The pictures are 100% true to form. The owners and Kathy are exceptionally kind and considerate. The rooms are brilliantly designed with every comfort in mind. My goal was to find an ocean view room with great AC and strong wi-fi so my husband could work while I chilled at the beach. We are so grateful and blessed to have booked 3 nights at the Pointe suite or Room 6. It absolutely had breathtaking ocean views, sunrises, and even the full moon was a sight to behold just from the room windows itself. |The room is efficient in the sense it fit a kitchenette, 2 closets, 2 TVs, a breakfast bar, a nice shower, a spacious living area sofa and 2 swivel lounge chairs, I think a king size bed and there was still plenty of room to walk around. The pocket doors are genius, we were able to split the room in 2 when one of us was sleeping or working. Excellent water pressure from the shower and toilet functioned well. They gave out plenty of kcups though we used our own after theirs finished. Appreciated the cold water bottles. The furnishings, the art, the lighting, everything was well though out. |They have a grill, bikes, pool noodles ( can use on ocean) , umbrellas, and beach chairs all included in your stay. All of which was well kept. ||The pool was clean and fun to use. I think almost every room had a view at least because of the way it is built. Since it only has 11 or so rooms, every guest was considerate. The soundproofing was pretty good, we heard some people outside but it was inaudible and not disturbing. The entire property is managed well with care. The whole experience seemed private and relaxing to us. The bed was comfortable enough. Not very firm, we got to sleep though so no complaints. Lauderdale by the sea was a quiet area compared to the resorts further down the line. People snorkeled, paddleboarddd, swam, fished all from the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of amenities nearby- grocery, restaurants, etc. ||Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We truly loved...

I would give this place ten stars if I could!

We are Florida residents and we were looking for a little staycation. We live on the West Coast and love to come to Lauderdale By The Sea for diving and relaxation. So first, if you are a diver they have got you totally handled. They have dive lockers and will provide you a lock if you need to store all your stuff. They also have a sink basin and hose to wash all your gear after diving. Then out front right on the ocean they have benches, shower head and tank holders to assemble and get put together before taking about 50 steps to get into the ocean!

Not a diver, they still got you covered! Upon our arrival we were met by Johnny who is AWESOME. He is super friendly and tremendously accommodating. He gives you first class service by taking you around, showing you the location and your room and if you need anything at all he is there to get it done! He checked in on us a couple times throughout our stay just to make sure we were happy!

Our room was super clean and has everything you need. HUGE shower, refrigerator, mini stove, sink, microwave, beach towels, coffee, bottled water, silverware, plates, cups. They even have a grill for guests to use if you want to cook out. Not to mention the place only has eight rooms so very quiet and relaxing, not overcrowded and obnoxious!

The pool was also AWESOME. It is right in front of the ocean, so you can get the pool experience with an ocean view. The water was great temp and very clean. And then of course the ocean is right there. They have a private beach area with cabanas and lounge chairs that you are allowed to bring closer to the water if you want. They also have little tables, coolers to borrow if you want, noodles, beach chairs, dive flags and umbrellas.

You are in walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, the pier, Walgreens, shopping, etc.

It was a stroke of luck, that I found this little Treasure for the 1 night after a work conference. (Friday before the Super Bowl) I am SO happy I did. My stay could not have been any better…. maybe if it was longer! If ever a place deserves a glowing review, it is this one! I had a positive experience from start to finish. The staff are all very personable and caring. The gentlemen at the front desk and the darling GM- Geri)Attentive to their guest needs and comfort. I was with a coworker that required extra assistance to get to room, they helped with our luggage and getting us settled in tour suite.. The remodel on this little jewel was absolutely superb. The attention to detail and amenities to make it so modern and appealing to the their guest was VERY noticeable. My suite was precious, pretty and practical! The access, the view (right on the beach) all of it left nothing to be desired. The outside deck, pool and down to the beach was perfect. So many stylish sitting areas with the option to drag a beach chair closer to the ocean.. The location was literally a stone throw from Fort Lauderdale By the Sea. There was so much to do there- shops, food, relaxing, live bands, candy shops. Geri gave us so many GREAT recommendations, we felt like locals getting around the place. I stayed with them during their grand opening weekend, I know without a doubt as soon as word gets out, it’s going to be a popular stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit. We plan to book well in advance, we don’t want to stay...
