I brought a 6 session package for laser treatment at Med Aesthetics Miami in Lauderdale by the Beach from Julia. She was also the laser tech that has preform 2 of the session on me. She is super professional and friendly. Explaining the laser process before we started, which ease my apprehension. During the first session, she gradually increase the laser power level to find my best tolerance level, without causing any real pain. It was a delightful experience having such a professional and caring tech work on me.

The second session was out standing as well. Since I knew what to expect, we started at my session one level a gradually step up the power level. Finding my new tolerance level. Julia did a fantastic job again.

I visited the Fort Lauderdale location a few months ago for bikini laser removal, where they somehow cohered me into buying a package for laser removal of acne scarring. Mind you they did not make me sign any type of consent forms for the procedure, nor inform me of any complications and things of that nature. They ended up burning my back and leaving a big scar. I told them about it and they suggested I come in and spend even MORE MONEY to fix something they messed up. I tried to get a refund and they said they don’t do any refunds. I will be escalating this problem, because I feel that is now how you handle your customers. Why would you get to keep my money after burning me? I couldn’t even proceed with the other sessions because I was scared I would further get burned. Terrible company that is ONLY money hungry. The manager at the Fort Lauderdale location will literally not leave you alone until she up charges you and tries to sell you something else making it seem like it’s the best deal....
