So I feel like I had to leave a review on my experience today. First things first, Iāve used their services several times and Iāve honestly never had a bad experience. But today was a tad different. I made an appointment the week before and I was given a 3:30 full body appointment so I took it. Iām aware the started requiring a deposit but she didnāt ask for my card so I thought maybe they changed. So Saturday comes and I had a hair appointment earlier that morning that was supposed to be done well before the time. They lady calls back and states that I forgot to make my deposit and asked me for my card which I provided. So Iām doing my hair and I realize I wonāt be able to make it on time. So I called and asked if I could reschedule. Iām then told that according to their policy My deposit wont be applied to the rescheduled date so I would have to pay full price if I rescheduled. lol now Professionally, when you have such a policy you disclose that information BEFORE collecting the persons money on top of that I had rescheduled on a sat before and I was able to have my deposit applied to my rescheduled date. Anyway I was getting extremely upset so the woman who had my appointment inconvenienced herself to accommodate me which I highly highly appreciated as Iām pregnant and I was due any day soon. She was very very cool about it also, while Iām doing it Iām told I had to pay extra for my tummy to be waxed also, Iām going to assume itās because of the fact that I was pregnant, as I paid for a full body and the last time I checked my stomach was a part of my body, and also as I said Iāve been going there for a while and Iāve never been told I had to pay extra for my tummy. She offered to do it for free and I said it was ok and that Iād pay. Only because she went out of her way to see me. Now Iām not saying I hated the service, Iām very much happy with the woman who did my treatment. However, when changing policies especially for regular costumers, just out of courtesy let them know in advance so that it does not inconvenience anyone. Disclose the information that needs to be disclosed. Donāt just take someoneās money and then spring those things on them. It isnāt fair and it isnāt good business. They almost lost me as a costumer today, which Iām sure may not matter much but it should. I will remain with them because 9 out of 10 times I never had ANY issues. Edit: Today I was a new customer. I never had a wax in my life, so I was really excited. I was looking for a great place, so I browsed Google. I called you ladies up, because I saw great reviews and you are close to my neighborhood. The proximity was very convenient for me, if I liked the service and wanted to return. The receptionist I initially met was sweet, welcoming and accommodating. When I initially called, around 1pm, I asked if I could walk in. She said I can come in wait, and hopefully someone might cancel and I could be squeezed in, so I showed up. After waiting about 15 minutes I realized I had to go pick up my daughter from school, so I couldn't wait. I told the receptionist to put me in for 3pm and I would be right back. I rode the city bus to get to my daughter's school. Her school is close, so I knew I could reach the appointment in relatively good time. I called you ladies and told you I would be running late, and a different receptionist, told me I had a 10 minutes grace period. I wasn't worried about that because at 3:10pm I'm LITERALLY crossing the street, at McDonald's, to get to you. At that exact time someone called and said I couldn't come because I missed the appointment, I tried to reason that I'm right across the street, but another lady said, I couldn't come in...I was so disappointed. I called back to ask if I can come in if a 3:30 canceled, she said I can call back to check and see. At 3:30 I called again and they said they're weren't any cancelations. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow, I said no, but changed my mind, and hung up the phone too quickly. I decided to call back and reschedule, and no on responded. I called back 3 times! No response. I guess someone was annoyed that I called too many times. All in all my first experience...

So I called and made an appointment in the staff that I encountered was very professional and very nice especially the lady who took care of me. Fab the agent who waxed my nose, did a fantastic job. I like everything about the place itās very clean very inviting. The only thing that I didnāt like was that on the website shows for manās nostrils it gave me a quote of $10 when I came to pay my bill they told me it was $18. I asked the cashier again the website shows $10 and she told me no Iām sorry itās $18. Financially it turned out to be a catch and release. (Note: advertisement on the Internet it says clearly $10) But again the service and staff was great.
I am really surprised on how fast they react and respond to my concerns. A young lady called me on the phone the next day. She asked me to show her where it said the prices that I gave. So I sent her the email that I got and she showed me the correct email was not updated. I greatly appreciate all the effort she went through to show and prove to me. I want to thank everybody on the staff again and the lady who called and took time out of her busy day to show me prices were incorrect and that I did pay...
