Lava Hideout Cabins — Attraction in Lava Hot Springs

I must admit I am pampered. I work very hard and have reached over the rainbow to my goals. Now relaxing is paramount for me to recharge.

Reluctant at first to find a suitable cabin in Lava Hot Spring that could possibly be quiet enough for my needs I did consider staying in a larger city but then stumbled upon a hidden hideaway. This cabin was so special and met and exceeded my very pampering needs.

Having a small misunderstanding about parking ( my fault, I parked in neighbors spot) and a dog that should not be next door I was so pleased when the host settled both issues within moments and never once showed any form of anxiousness towards me.

He was so incredibly kind.

I found nothing but superior accommodations within. Clean, so clean. Beautiful art and spacious walking space in each room.

My only suggestion would be that you cover that window next to your head in bed. Otherwise the sun smacks you right in face to wake you. I covered it and four hours later woke from incredible rest. So quiet up there.

It’s close to the local bar for karaoke and you needn’t drive anywhere. It’s perfectly placed close but far enough away that the partiers and travelers get no where near your cabin so rest and relaxing was very easily accomplished..

I even left a small stuffed animal and the host dropped it in an envelope and sent it right to me.

I’m going to have to admit I’m not very good at writing reviews and I never really do them. But I couldn’t stop from doing this one. I’m almost afraid to do this because maybe it’ll never become available again for my use. But I suppose that’s OK, sharing the pampering that this cabin gave me would be a wonderful...

Perfect little cabin to getaway. Wonderful setting, awesome vibes, cute as ever and has everything you could ever need. They thought of everything and it was easy to find. We planned to make spaghetti, I panicked when I realized I needed a strainer, but they had one. The pans are high quality and easy to clean. They left clear instructions, had a variety of movies and books. I loved the layout. They put a lot of thought into the layout. Most things had a multi purpose and stored away easily when we were done with it, which left the living area open when they weren’t being used. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We didn’t need to bring our own. Usually rentals have cheap pans, silverware, mugs, cups, bowls, pillows, mattresses, towels, decorations, coffee pot, blackets, but not here, it was all high quality and classy. We love how clean the places are and how the owner thinks of everything you may need. The location is great and the towns ppl are as friendly as ever. We stay in these cabins in the winter months and they are so cozy and warm. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. But if you want it more personal pack a personal blanket. The town offers a lot of throw back era and is very old town full of exciting stuff. Where these cabins are located, are on they other end of Main Street and are very quiet and offer privacy. If you like to do your own cooking both cabins offer accommodations. The Sundance has a full oven with stove top. And the Drangonfly offers a convection oven with countertop cookers.
