Update The owners response to this review is entirely why I would never go back. Rather than apologizing for awful staff and poor training, they chose to make an excuse. They claim they have "reasons" for not allowing food and drink, when state code does not prohibit food and drink from being in an aquatics environment. Yes, they are trying to avoid alcohol and contraband but they are over the top and aggressive about the food and drink searches. The greed has taken this place too.

I came here on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 with a group. When checking-in to enter the pools, the staff at the front desk were extremely rude. Kathy a cashier, especially. Perks Pass is offered at this establishment, which I attempted to use. The staff had no idea how to use the discount and proceeded to rip my phone out of my hands and press multiple buttons to attempt to make it work. When I tried to speak up and show them the disclaimer at the bottom of the screen, which explains how the staff are to apply the discount, Kathy loudly shushed me and told me to stop talking and swatted my hand away from my phone. Further, the other cashier then proceeded to tell my group that the Perks Pass is only valid for one person. Perks Pass clearly says that it is unlimited use, thus she was wrong. Her manager then confirmed that she was wrong and forced her to apply the discount to the group. They do not let you bring your own water into the business, and they are extremely discriminatory. I have been coming here for years, but I would rather go to Heise than deal with the staff at this place. In just the time that I was here, a group of patrons were kicked out and refused a manager when asking to speak with them. Shame...
