I recently paid a visit two the Traverse Mt. Lehi Zagg store to protect my new Apple watch Ultra and Iphone 16 Pro Max. I spent $200 on screen protectors for my wifes and mine watches and phones. I paid to have the screen protectors installed at the store. The salesman showed us the new $45 XTR4 case and it appeared to be a great option to protect our watches. Unfortunately while installing them the salesman went through 4 of them trying to get them to stick to our watches. I should have cancelled paying for this horrible product that the poor salesman couldnāt even make stick to our new out of the box watches. My wifes protector fell off within days. Mine is still adhering but doesn't allow the watch to function because of the bubble under the frame! Zagg should be embarrassed to even sell this terrible product. I felt bad for the poor salesman who tried so diligently to make this crappy product stick to my watch. He told us to try it out and see if it would work. When my wifes contacted the Zagg store for a refund or to return this gimmick of a product we were told they could not be returned. DO NOT Waste your $45 on this horrible product. ON A SIDE NOTE THE APPLE IPHONE MAX SCREEN PROTECTORS HAVE WORKED FLAWLESS. THEY ARE GREAT PHONE PROTECORS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT ZAGG WONT STAND BEHIND THIS TERRIBLE...

When I went to pick it up the tech said they order/received the wrong screen but instead of calling when he noticed, replaced it anyway. Who does that? THe bezel is the wrong color, but that's no big deal. THe problem is that ever since the reapirs were done I've had nothing but problems with the phone. Touch controls are never working correctly, the phone hands, goes un responsive and may or may not come back, without a reboot. Wireless to provider network switches is no longer a reality for this phone. They contend with each other constantly. My phone will say no internet whether I have cell bars and low Wifi, low cell but great wifi so I typically have to turn off one or the other to get things working agian. It's a mess. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Zagg is by my house, so itās super convenient. I first brought my phone in months ago because the protector broke and I was crossing my fingers the screen beneath was still fine. I had no idea what brand the protector was. The girl who helped me recognized it as a Zagg and it was only $10 to replace! It took no time at all. Less than 5 minutes.
Cut to today. I had two hairline cracks in my screen protector so I brought it in. The girl at the counter hopped to swapping it out, and by the time I had paid, she handed me back my phone. $10 again. The employees have always been helpful and prompt. Also, why have I never invested in a nice protector before? (Before this phone I hadnāt used one in years.) Today I realized Iām always going to get a Zagg with each phone I have. Itās been so convenient and helpful and economical.
