Great place to find a suit. I'm a scrawny slimmer guy (5'7" 155lbs) and sometimes "Slim Fit" at most department stores, or other brands of suits are baggy to say the least, and generally looks oversized on me. Enter the "Very Slim Fit" suits and apparel from Perry Ellis. I'm happy I found this store, but can't believe I never knew about it. They also carry the Modern Fit (much like classic suits) and the usual Slim Fit. One drawback is the shoes are made from "Man made materials" and not leather. I understand it's probably a Nature friendly approach to use faux leather, but these "Man Made Materials are less flexible than leather, thus causing me blisters. It would be cool if they carried dress shoes made from Canvas material or leather if possible. Still the store gets 5 stars from me either way, for their selection and friendly service. The guys who work there know their stuff, and will even help you pick out color combos, and dish out...
Read moreLocated in the Rosemont Chicago designer outlet mall on the second floor, this is a store that you should stop in and frequently. This is the closest location to the city proper.
Although it is a smaller size store, they usually have great bargains.
The entire store is normally 50 to 60% off everyday, with colognes never going higher than 50% off.
They have everything from suits, shirts, sweaters, pants, toiletries, shoes and more.
If you like the brand, I highly recommend checking it out the store. The everyday prices are great, but the best bargains are on holiday weekends where the vast majority of the store is 70% off.
The workers are generally very helpful, but respectful if you want to browse on your own.
One of the better stores for men in the outlet mall.
Check for online coupons, even when you're in the store. They have accepted them from me at anytime, and...
Read moreAs a Perry Ellis customer for many years, I will never order from them again and would encourage anyone else to look elsewhere for suits and dress shirts. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and when it finally ship after more than 3 weeks, part of the order got lost through fedex. I've reached out multiple times giving them the new tracking number that is sitting at a fedex facility and Perry Ellis has refused to acknowledge that the package was lost and is claiming that all of my items were delivered. Around $400 of clothes never arrived and they haven't refunded my money. And to top it all off, the only thing I was offered was $5 back because the order took so long to ship. Mistakes happen, but not acknowledging and fixing those mistakes is the worst online shopping experience...
