I can always find everything that I am looking for here & most of the employees are very kind & knowledgeable I appreciate people like that because it makes the experience much more pleasant & all of the cashier people are just as amazing as well except for this one old white woman in her late 50 maybe 60 who thinks she can look down on people by how they dress or what they're purchasing & who also likes to pick on her younger coworkers on this day in particular I spent well over $600 on my son myself & my husband's shoes but well before we had approached the counter she was giving us this dirty look as if we shouldn't be there or as if we wouldn't be able to pay for our Nike products she just looked right through us when it came time to pay & passed us on to her coworker as if we were not good enough for her to take at her register then she openly insults my husband telling him to move from her counter as if he didn't speak English & quite deliberately chooses to be discriminatory & racist as well telling him to move out of the way for her white customer because he's actually paying for his shoes. Now normally I would have let it be & just paid for my purchase but since she took it upon herself to insult my husband in front of our son & all the other customers in the Nike store I choose to speak up & I had to correct her bad behavior so I told her this is a family store we have been coming here for the last 5 years with no problems until today for all the scandal she made her customer only purchased a $40 pair of shoes what is fine because he's a working class person just as we are but no shame to anyone no matter what amount of money is spent there or anywhere yet while our order was well over $600 this just proves do not judge a book by its cover but nobody is better than anyone & there should be no racism or biased in a family store that if she was unhappy with her job or miserable in her choice to work there she should quit & not have her poor choice of words ridiculous actions her racism or biases be forced upon others to have to deal with shame on you & to think she is triple our age & shows no respect to others how do you expect our future generation of children to respect you if you are showing them blatant racism disregard & disrespect* shame on you elderly woman shame on you.. yet p.s. Dear Nike you definitely need to screen your workers or retrain some of the older workers racism & biases should never be a part of your wonderful & productive family business nothing but love & respect for all of your employees here & at all of your stores they're all amazing* except for that One Bad...
Read moreAt the time, I purchased a pair of Jordan 4s. I thought the shoes were cool at first, but once I got them, I was uninterested. I begin to explore seeking professional assistance since I believe I have an impulsive buying habit.
The only option open to me is to return the shoes; shortly after completed, the app will generate a bar code and present a list of actual stores around me. I chose it due to the fact that it is close to where I work.
I went there during the middle of my lunch break on a weekday and was astonished at how busy it was. this store doesn't have an area devoted to return items, so I had to stand in line with the rest of the people. I estimated that I stood in wait for around 15 minutes.
Finally, when it was my turn, the cashier agent asked reasons I was returning, and I told why. She examined the shoes to ensure they hadn't been worn, scanned the bar code, and asked me to swipe the card that I paid with.
The issue I didn't have a physical card with me, but because their device supports NFC, it can accept my digital credit card copy and it works perfectly.
I didn't have time to tour the store because I needed to hurry back to work. I was irritated that I had to wait so long just to return one item. The only thing I can say is that the return process was...
Read moreDo not come here.
I was in the back of the store browsing shoes when a strange man approached me, asking if I had seen his lost dog. I told him no, but he kept insisting that I had stolen it. Confused and uncomfortabl, I went to a store employee and explained the situation. Her response? "Go find someone else to prank."
Meanwhile, the man was still behind me, loudly accusing me of stealing his dog—yet she acted like I was with him. Then another employee came up and said, “Hey bud, if you’re trying to pull some dumb prank, it’s not funny. I’m going to have to ask you to leave.”
I refused because I wasn’t pranking anyone. Still, security showed up, grabbed both of us, and kicked us out of the store. I pleaded with the man to explain I wasn’t involved, but he just got on his bike and rode off.
Frustrated, I jumped on m own bike and chased after him, hoping to get some answers—but I lost balance, fell, and now I have a nasty bruise on my elbow. That was yesterday.
Bottom line: tis place handled the situation terribly and made me feel humiliated for something I had...
