1 star for the 1 mature women who handled my return today. Now that I know Kendra is the owner I’m sure there will be no disciplinary action taken but please DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE! First I walk in everyone seems to be on break, sitting down talking. Next I had 3 boxes that came to me separately not in 1 big box and I needed to return the items. Unbeknownst to me I couldn’t ship as I received them and the older lady contacted Kendra to explain to me why. Never once did the older lady say I had to purchase a box because I had 1 shipping label. Kendra explain that once I understood the next steps the older lady said “ I’m done y’all deal with her” appalled by her response ( clearly never been reprimanded because she and the owner are close) I cussed her out! Well we went back and forth which was crazy. She said to me “ you had an attitude when you walked in” as if it was a pass to go back and forth with a customer. Poor customer service and no accountability for her actions. Needless to say I called corporate although I know Kendra will not care about my experience nor the experience of the others below that had the same experience as me.    Read moreThey don’t deserve ONE STAR Upon my arrival there were two customer service reps helping other clients. One client had a small child who was special needs. As his mom was trying to send her package answer questions and pay , her son got away from her and hopped on the chair by the computer desk. She asked him to sit down and he did, he then went to tap on the keyboard- out of nowhere an employee walked over grabbed the chair and yelled at the boy “ get off of there” she proceeded to grab him and the mother ran over and took her son off the chair. After they left the employee went on and on about parents not watching their children and how she wasn’t going to let these bad a$$ kids tear up their stuff. I was extremely upset , offended and sad at how she handled the situation. I will NEVER go back to this store. The manager needs to have a serious conversation with her employees about good customer service and advise them to show a little compassion to mothers who are just trying to send a package. Miss MICHELLE you need to be more empathetic and show kindness to your customers, after all we are the REASON you have a job....

I am truly disappointed in the customer service that I received from Bridget at this location, her nasty attitude should be addressed immediately. I came into the store to do a return for Shein, she advised me that I couldn't return it in a clear bag even though I had a QR code to return the item at no additional cost. Once I noticed she was getting frustrated, I said you know what don't worry about it I will just go to another store, so its whatever and as I proceeded to leave, she yells WHATEVER, I said excuse me? She said you heard me; I said can I please speak to the manager of the store, she said she's not here, I said can I have her contact information she said you can take the card. Moral of the story I ended up leaving and driving to the McDonough location and didn't have any issues with sending the items back. Again, you all really need to address the issue at hand with Bridget because working in customer service you should not be nasty to a customer at all, especially when they are being...
