My Mattress — Attraction in Logan

My family is new to the area and just moved into town from out of state. We were in desperate need of some new mattresses but didn’t have a big budget to spend. After our experiences with a few previous mattress stores we were prepared to walk into an overwhelming store, no one to greet us, getting lost while walking around with too many options to choose from and yet nothing comfortable within our price range…leaving us with one very uncomfortable mattress as our only option, or a salesperson just looking to up-sell us on anything and everything. At My Mattress were pleased to find the exact opposite. We were immediately greeted by Frances, the most warm and welcoming person. Within minutes of walking in the door she had shown us multiple affordable and super comfortable beds. They had a great selection to choose from without making us feel overwhelmed by too many options and all budget friendly, and most importantly… so incredibly comfortable! We ended up buying 2 mattresses one of which being for our daughter, who had yet to sleep through the night since moving into our new home. I’m so happy to say that since purchasing the new mattress at My Mattress she’s been sleeping soundly through the night and waking up so much more well rested and happy. Frances and owners of My Mattress have gone above and beyond giving us the most helpful service and helping us find exactly what we needed quickly and easily and even going as far as to follow up with us days later to ask if we were satisfied with our purchases or needed anything else. This store had absolutely everything you could need. Protective covers, pillows (which we also bought and love) and we just couldn’t be more happy with this store and their products and amazing customer service. We will most definitely be going back in the future to purchase any mattresses we need...

We bought an Intellibed. It hurt our backs and we used their 60-day comfort guarantee to exchange it for a Pure LatexBliss. One positive was the comfort guarantee was painless. 60 days for Intellibeds and 30 for everything else.

They are experts at selling Intellibeds. I admit they feel good in the store so we were sold and didn't consider anything else. But the bed killed our backs.

Another problem was what one salesman told us would contradict what another told us on another day. We got most the information cleared up by the end but this happened more than once.

The last problem was the price of the Pure LatexBliss bed. Although we are so grateful they let us exchange the Intellibed we weren't in a position to negotiate. We found the same model bed at another retailer for $900 less than we had to pay for it at MyMattress (even with a 10% discount carried over from the Intellibed purchase).

My advice to is try out the Intellibed but don't rule out the latex or memory foam mattresses they carry. Our Pure LatexBliss bed has been amazing. The Intellibed was a nightmare. If you decide to buy the Latex bed, don't buy it from MyMattress. You'll get a much better deal elsewhere. The next closest place to sell this brand might be in SLC. The drive would be worth the upwards of $1000...

My wife and I recently purchased a new mattress from My Matress. When we originally decided it was finally time for a new mattress I started looking for information online and found it difficult to navigate all the information. I was worried about making a major investment and having it delivered without laying on it first. My reservation to start mattress shopping was having to deal with pushy salesman who tell you whatever they need to make the sale, I am so grateful we walked into My Matress. Christian was the first person to help us and took the time to give us honest and upfront information. He walked us around and showed us the pros and cons of each brand and explained the difference in technology of each mattress. At no point did we feel an ounce of pressure to purchase and left the store with alot of helpful information.

We returned a few days later and were trying to decide between two mattresses. Frances gave us even more information and was so warm and inviting. She took the time to answer all our questions and worked with us on a price match we had found online. I am grateful to support a family owned business who cares about residents in the valley and wants nothing more than to sell quality products for a fair price. I could not recommend this...
