Tint City of Loma Linda — Attraction in Loma Linda

We had an excellent experience here. The staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions and we are so happy with the end result. We had our 2023 Kia's windows tinted all with the Color Stable one step below limo tint and we couldn't be happier. I'd like to go back and get the creamic added to my windshield now too. 10/10 would recommend. It was so easy to make an appointment, drop off my car on my lunch break and pick it up after work. They were kind, honest and made our decisions easy. I'm so happy with the quality of the tint. For how dark the tint is from the outside, when your sitting inside the car it's crystal clear and does not feel dark. Looking out the windows is like wearing your top notch favorite sunglasses. I was worried about visibility at night and we don't have an issue with it, it's easy to see out. The 3m on the tint came off very easy with little alcohol wipes. I'm so glad we went with the color stable over the step below called "premium" I believe. For less than $100 price increase the quality is top notch. Go in and talk to them, see the different types of tint. It's challenging to figure it out from the website but in store it's straight forward. Thank you guys. So I booked an appointment online at like 2am 6/28/17, I figured the odds of that actually going through were slim since I booked it for the afternoon that same day. I meant to call ahead and confirm my appointment, but I never got around to it and I just showed up at the shop before my appointment. I walked in and explained that I had booked online the night before and I wasn't sure if my appointment was booked, turns out it wasn't. I was completely ready to go home with a different appointment and understandably so. But Tint city did me a solid and squeezed me in between appointments, and I was in and out in about an hour and a half.

Customer service was great and they did an excellent job on my brand new tacoma. I have to admit I was pretty nervous taking my two day old truck (Bought it 6/26/17) to the tint shop, but Tint City did not disappoint me and the gave my truck back in perfect condition. I know because I went over it with a fine tooth comb when they handed me the keys back. Tint looks amazing and I should be able to roll my windows down in a day or two, not that I want to in this heat lol.

When yu come there for a tint they will help yu out 100% but after they take yur money they not trying to help anymore.. I came to get my car tinted 3 years ago. So when I had came bak this time to redo my tint cus it started to fade, the worker didnt wanna do it instead he throws out every little excuse he knows in the book. I paid for life time warranty an limo tint. The tint started to be see through so that should be enough reason to do it. But nope had to have a lil arguement over it until he said he will do it but before that he was saying he cant do anything he need the boss to be here but he dont know when he be here??? Sound like excuses.. but that's not all they dont even keep copy of yur receipt for the warranty so if yu pay an lose that paper it's a rap.. funny thing is the worker knows I got the receipt he saw it like 10 time an still tell me if "yu dont come with the receipt he cant do anything".. once again EXCUSESss. Hopefully no one have to go through that BS To be honest idk if I can trust them wit my car as I writing...
