I grew up In east highland. Now that I’m a police officer in Phoenix and am getting married, I thought it would be nice to get something from my home town. I had my mother talk with Miguel and he gave us a cracked diamond without informing my mother. There was no receipt and no documentation of the transaction. I’ve been calling the store for weeks now and have made 2 trips here to talk with him to make it right. The store is closed while he told me personally he would be here. I noticed the business moved out of the Highland area to a new location in San Bernardino. I needed my wifes wedding ring modified and seen he was on Yelp. So I submitted pictures and asked for an estimate. I described exactly what needed to be done.

Well, after 2 submittals and 6 days passing, no one ever responded to my Yelp submission. Why be on Yelp and not help customers with their requests? My family and I are past customers, both at his Fontana and Highland locations.

I can’t recommend Cantos Jewelry enough. I have worn my Grandma’s cross since she passed almost 15 years ago. The cross broke recently, luckily over the counter so I could save the broken pieces. I took it to a jeweler and was told it couldn’t be repaired. My friend told me to try Cantos Jewelry because he repaired jewelry of hers and did an awesome job.
