This city hall park in Los Angeles features a memorial fountain ( in some disrepair) dedicated to the senator Frank Putnam Flint (July 15, 1862 – February 11, 1929) who among many accomplished politically aided in the construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. The park has a large collection of old and tall trees that make this place quite an escape from the urban cityscape of L.A. yet prominently standing above everything is city hall.
