Update: contacted them, spoke to the nail tech, and let them know what happened. I was told it must have been my fault (which is very untrue!) and then he told me he’d refund. I haven’t received it but I’ll count this as a sunk cost and just avoid this place. Sucks because Flower and this one lady who did my nails once were so professional and did my eyebrows and nails flawlessly!

10/16/2023: Absolutely horrendous. The guy who has done my nails twice (not the guy with the mustache, the other one) has no consideration for guests: he’s rough, pushy, and does not make it like a comforting nail appointment. My recent appointment I got gel x and as he put the nails on my fingers, the glue/gel x was clearly burning under the light and despite me telling him, he did nothing. He picked the wrong nail sizes and forced them on my nail beds. He did my gel x nails while I was on the foot massage chair. I don’t know but I would think that is a bad place to be doing acrylics! Now part of my finger is bleeding and cracked because he didn’t do his job correctly.I did call and they offered to fix it BUT WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO FIX? I will not be back again and he seriously needs classes on how to be professional and less rough at a nail salon.

I am on my way to an urgent care to check this out. If you go her, go to Flower or just...

Best Salon Ever!!!

FINALLY found a nail salon that does it right! I've been going to Nail Service every 2 weeks for the past few months. I swear they get busier and busier every single time I go but I usually make appointments so I rarely have to wait. The guy that does my nails is amazing (but I'm not going to say who because he's already busy enough) but everyone there is great. I just love my guy because he's a perfectionist like I am and always makes sure I leave happy. I always get gel's and you know they use the best products here when the nails look perfect even after 2-3 weeks! No chips no breaks. I am so happy, it's worth every penny! You also get a nice shoulder/head massage for a few minutes after your manicure!

It's cash only so make sure to bring cash!

I get designs on my gels so it's usually around 50-65 depending on how complicated the nails are. But it's really worth it because it lasts so long. A regular gel manicure is 40-45, also worth it because a normal manicure is usually 20 bucks and barely lasts a few days. Gels will look brand new and shiny w/ no chips or breaks for 2 weeks!

Guys, you should get pedicures also! Women like well groomed men ;) and who doesn't like a...

I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all.

• First off, the guy who wasn’t even working on me was rude from the start. He also walked up to me way too close in a disrespectful way until I gave him a look to back off. • I originally wanted Hello Kitty nails, and when I showed the design, the nail tech just said he “didn’t have time” to do it. • They told me they didn’t have gel (which makes no sense at a nail salon), but then I literally saw them using gel on another walk-in client right after. • The treatment between me and the other client was noticeably different—way less friendly toward me.

On top of that: • I paid $70 for short French tip square nails. The nails themselves aren’t bad, the design looks okay, but not what I wanted. • Another guy picked a color for me that I didn’t like. When I said no, he pressed me about “why” instead of just letting me choose. He even said there were no other options—until the actual nail tech showed me a different base color.

Overall: nails came out fine, but the service was rude, dismissive, and honestly not worth the price. I’d...

Manicure was terrible. Looks terrible, she cut my pinky with the nail file with how hard she was going, every single nail has little air bubbles on the white part. Every. Single. Nail. The Mickey Mouse she did on my nail looks so bad and they had the audacity to charge me $110 for this and ask for tip. Pedicure was good, which was done by someone else, which is why it’s 2 stars and not the absolute lowest. Also, when she asked what I wanted I made sure to show her and tell her “this is what I want if you can do it” she said she could. I was not paying attention to how it was looking thinking I could trust them. I have added the inspo pic to show what I asked for.
