If you wanna shop here… it’s a GREAT place to shop. If you wanna sell here, it’s a TERRIBLE place to sell. If you wanna know the reason for both, read below.

Ok, I came in to sell clothing. I also spent time looking at what they had to offer. Selling: the clothing I brought, non of which were valued less than $40 about half of that I brought, valued over $130 retail. Only 3 items were chosen. All of which would land me a solid $20. They choose an $70 J Simonds Sweater, a $80 rustic brown Banana Republic button up, and a $258 pair of GA Black Authentic leather Pants. First, I work in wardrobe and it’s actually not that hard to locate and price your clothing based on its market value. You simply find the tag and search the RN# or CA# with a brief description to locate the market value. Secondly, when I was given the offer, it was no more than $20. Before anyone from the company decides to comment, I did ask how this is priced and it was said to be style, quality, Brand, and whether it’s in season or transition. All the boxes checked. When asked if the go by the market value, it was a hard no. That they determine the price. So to get more information, I asked how they priced the leather pants, because they would sell them for only $18. I was told because they were men’s pants and they don’t sell a lot of men’s pants. I advised the buyer that they are women’s pants not men’s. The buyer said, well a man could fit them too if they are marked a size 36(totally understand as they are very gender neutral) but what through me off the most was that the buyer said they ā€œwouldn’t sell that size pants in women’sā€. Ok, so you mean to tell me that you're going to incorrectly price a $258 pair of PLUS SIZED WOMENS pants (100% leather btw) for only $18……and only offer me $5…… I mean that’s great for the customer that would have purchased them, but it’s a loss for store and the sellers. I couldn’t bother hearing more because at that point I knew they couldn’t see the value even if the tag was still on it. Shopping: As I waited, and this is for whomever is running the place and customers, most of the clothing I looked at and researched in that place will be costing the store money. It’s all incorrectly priced. Not even at the 70% market price I was told that they would be. This is a benefit for the customers, so no wonder this is an awesome place to find ridiculously low priced, high end clothing. People should just shop here and sell online for 70% market price. Y’all do the work to follow the trend customers want, and customers resell for 5X the amount that the store could have made. This makes perfect sense. Unless, the buyers are saying it’s worth-less to them just to offer less to sellers and then correctly pricing the item soon after…. Costing the seller benefitting the buyer….Hm.

In all, I’ll shop here just to make some profit in resale for sure. But I won’t sell here for damn sure.

Also I’d rather not get a reply from management. Simply because of how I already read the numerous responses that have handled these issue is a non-handling kind of way. I can only imagine that upper management is the...

I tried to sell brand-new with tag clothing to collect some money to donate to friends in Ukraine. I'm dancewear designer and fashion blogger. I know current trends and styles. I wasted 1.5 hour on waiting for "buyer. There was one worker to buy items. She worked terrible slowly, talked by phone with her friend all the time, and looked on my items without paying any attention. She was lazy to check out all items because she returned a bag with half of items unfolded and unchecked. She surely talked with friend or relative because she called that person "darling" - here is a proof that it was not conversation with customer. As result that female "buyer" refused to buy anything of my only because she hates my Jewish last name or my European origin. The lies she told me were next: "we cannot but because your items in poor condition or you showed it to us before". First of all, I personally first time tried to sell at this location. And new with tag items cannot be "in poor condition". So, my warning to all normal people: do not waste your time on selling your things there. There works most unprofessional, heartless and nasty people. They should be banned from trade-related jobs for being...

The ā€œmanagerā€ that was working today needs to be re evaluated. He does not know how to speak with people with needs. He was trying to kick me out because he said i was annoying him with my questions and that he did not care about me then he proceeded to even put his HAND IN FRONT OF MY FACE! That was disrespectful I could not believe a ā€œmanagerā€ could ever do that. Please check the cameras for today around 11. If it wasn’t for his younger employees that can better manage situations I was going to cry. He is very unprofessional, rude, and does not deserve to work in customer service. When a customers tells you they have difficulties (the right things is to not kick them out but help). He definitely showed the worse way to manage a situation. Please considered re evaluating who you put in charge to manage. No one should leave a store TRAUMATIZE over A MANAGER. I don’t want to be mean but he acted like a little child throwing a tantrum. I am still shock about the...
