Friendly staff that were helpful to an extent. I came in and bought new trucks bearings and wheels. The guy that sold them to me said he would install them on my old deck too, however in doing so he ended up striping one of my screws and didn't have the tools to cut the bolt off. I then had to find a auto body shop to cut the bolt off. Then when I went back to complete the installation, it was discovered that they didn't carry screws long enough to accommodate my risers. They then sent me to another skate shop to get the correct screws. In their defense they did call the other skate shop ahead and arranged for me to bring them the shorter screws to trade for the longer...

I ordered several pieces from the Linkin Park collection. It took like two months until they were delivered. Unfortunately the size M is like an XL. So the style is really bad, 90s skater style, the shirts feel like you're wearing a BAG. So I asked whether I could exchange it for a smaller size. I sent five emails and they all were ignored. I even offered that they could keep a part of my order as a fee. No reply. Terrible service, too bad a band like this is doing such...

Staff is always helpful and they have a great selection. The owner Dom has been doing this forever and will never try to upsell, he made sure we got the right size boards for my girls and not something that they would grow out of in a year. he even went out of the way to help us find something without out inappropriate imagery on it, since our girls are so little.
