Look. This place is probably the best store to go to for your figurine addiction, but like every addiction it has its flaws. They have a large selection with older anime’s and less known anime’s which in my opinion is a good or bad thing depending who you’re asking; They have a large collection on some mainstream like Re: Zero, Naruto, Dragon Ball series, LoveLive, and more. Now they also lack in some categories which isn’t bad but I would like to support this store when a new figure comes out. One thing I love is that they have a buyback program where you can turn in your old figure, manga, etc in for store credit or cash. While I haven’t tried it myself I love this idea since it gives me the chance to get a figure at a lower price and also gives me the opportunity to explore my options. The one thing I actually love of this place is that they don’t try and rip you off like other stores that inflate their prices. I recently bought a Emilia EXQ Figure for 20 which other stores where selling it for 30 - 45 near by which I thought was ridiculous! I’ve been going to this store any chance I get and have spent more time here and at my parents retirement home and I can honestly say this is the place to get your anime needs!

Huge selection at competitive prices, just like all the other reviews say. Friendly staff. HOWEVER! If you go there for the Arctic Model or Test Color Desktop Army Sylphies, make sure you triple check which one they give you at checkout. They do this thing where they give you an undamaged box of a model if they have it, which is great... except I brought the Sniper model of the Arctic series up to checkout and was given the Launcher model upon payment. I didn't notice until it was too late, as I assume happened with the cashier as well, but I'm still bummed because they have a no returns or exchanges policy, and on top of that I am nowhere near close enough to the store to exchange even if they DID make an allowance for it. Not buyer beware, just... buyer be alert. Edited to add pictures of the package; the front is the same but the back shoes which one is in the box.

My husband and I are avid Anime Figure collectors, we travel around the midwest area for conventions selling Anime Figures, we were recommended to Anime Jungle several times but was located in California, We made it our vacation trip to travel to Little Tokyo for this place. This place is Fantastic. The price is right, the employees are very friendly, the selections of figures are all around what you're looking for. Not just brand new figures were sold, but also pre-owned at a very low price! They also offered us purchases can be shipped to our home! (since it super costly to take on a plane back to Chicago) This was extremely convenient! We purchased till our hearts desired! My husband and I really enjoyed and was our highlight visiting California! We wish a store like this one existed in Chicago! :) as BIG as this one of course! :3

Tucked in an unfortunately placed basement next to an unglamorous alleyway. The store itself does it's best, and for a long time it was the only reliable place to find figures and plushies. But now there's so much competition that it rides on veteran anime store status.

It's seen better days. It used to be that you could buy things without needing your ID. I also think the manga selection is neat, but not well stocked when it comes to number ones. And it feels like it's missing some vital series, can't really place my finger on what exactly. The DVD selection feels like it could do with more, but it's better than no DVDs like most other stores in Little Tokyo.

In the same basement there's another Anime Jungle entirely focused on Gunpla and mecha in general. And another one focused on trading cards. The variety is pretty good.

When you buy a manga here, you select it and a store employee puts it behind the counter for you. I don't know if that's how they do it for the other items.

When I visited recently, the cashier was extremely stressed out 30 minutes after opening. My condolences to you, cashier.

This place is a must visit for that authentic Downtown LA experience, especially if you like anime. You have to see it...

The store has an amazing stock considering the size, the staff is very knowledgeable about all of the games and are able to give solid advice in terms of deckbuilding/specific cards. They are also very personable for the most part, which I haven't seen in card shops before. Shoutout to Ivan for helping me pump up my deck, I'm 11-0 in remote duels haha! I'm an old retired Magic player trying YGO for the first time and I'm having a blast, the store played a huge part in that so shoutout to the rest of the staff as well.

The store is 100% child friendly so if your kid is wanting to get started on TCGs, this is your place!

The only suggestions I would have is to please consider putting up a tip jar since these guys have saved me hours on end worth of research, not to mention they spend a good chunk of their shift looking for singles by hand whilst managing the floor at the same time, which is insanely hard to do, so I honestly would love to leave a tip for those services, they deserve them!

Great store and great work by the...
