NEVER TRUST HELLO82. THE WORST, IRRESPONSIBLE, RACIST K-POP SHOPPING SITE. I trust you so much, and I DON’T HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF TAKING AN UNBOX VIDEO. DO YOU THINK EVERYBODY WILL HAVE SOMEONE NEXT TO THEM TAKING THE VIDEO OR EVERYONE HAS A PHONE STAND OR CAMERA? I trust you so much, so I open the box without a video, And look what I find. On my order it said the quantity of 3. But look at what they write on the photo card bag, THEY LABLED 2!!! AND THERE ARE ONLY TWO PCS AND TWO ALBUMS IN THE BOX. You stealed my item, I paid 2x price to buy the same item, I waited one more month than those who paid half of my price to buy the same thing, and this is what I got? A MISSING ITEM AND A SHOPPING SITE THAT NEVER WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES. I didn’t take a video, so I was not allowed to ask for refund or something. That’s fine, 30$ won’t kill me. But 30$ deserves a post to disclose all your lies and racism towards our buyers in the U.S. I used to send an email to you, you ignored it, and I thought okay you are just doing your business, earn some money, not a big deal. But now, it’s not the same. Just in case any of you don’t know, hello82 sell items with different price to bulky buyers in Asia. It is not 5$ discount, it’s like half the price we paid here in American. For Yuqi’s first solo, I have proof of orders that some people in China buy this signed album at about 130 CNY including shipping, which is about 18.5$. How much did I pay in U.S. to buy the same thing? Haha, 30$. Isn’t that funny? What’s more hilarious is those buyers in Asia, they received the same signed albums and photo cards several weeks ago. So what is the whole story? Asian buyers paid half price but received earlier than US buyers? Hello82 you treated buyers from different countries differently? Is that how you work as a seller with EU and...

If I could rate this store a -10, I would. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering from a more reputable store unless you like waiting for your order for months with no communication.

This is the 5th time I’ve tried contacting the them within months but no reply. I’ve yet to receive any of my albums. One of my orders came with missing items, the others haven’t even been processed and these orders were made in early November. The group has already had 2 comebacks since I made this order.

At this point, this is fraudulent behavior and I’d appreciate a refund ASAP. There are group order managers that do everything alone yet more organized than this corporation. I regret having given them my money. Now I have to go to my bank to report fraud :)

Love the store the workers there, they are amazing and are very helpful. I had so much fun at the events as it's done in an organized manner. No complaints for their in person la store.

However their website is not much to be desired for. I wish I could rate the website store separately on Google but alas can't. I've bought multiple times from them for signed albums. It never comes shuffled. Every time I get 1 persons signature instead of a variety. And I'm always unlucky to get hard signs to trade. This is an issue that has been raised but hello82 website does nothing. Can hello82 website people shuffle them??? What a mess these past comebacks as been with them.
