If you are trying to decide whether to go here or not. Don’t. Let’s start with the drinks. The espresso martini with horchata is an experiment that should’ve stayed in the lab. It doesn’t work, avoid it. The cucumber margarita, usually a cool and refreshing drink, felt like a chore drinking. The service set the tone from the start. When we asked for a patio seat, the host responded with a look of pure disdain, as if we’d requested to sit in the kitchen. That vibe carried through the entire meal. Then came the nachos, inexplicably served in a bowl. We asked for the pico de gallo on the side, but instead got an extra order of it—and a charge for the privilege. When we pointed it out, there was no apology, just confusion and indifference. The chicken burrito was a joke, but sadly the restaurant wasn’t in on it. The whole menu is wildly overpriced for what feels like if Chili’s had a sister restaurant that “did Mexican food,” and that sister had a baby with a dumpster. What a rip off for the quantity and quality of food. Will not be back nor would I recommend it to my friends. My enemies sure. This place is disgusting.

The entryway setup is to wait for the hostess to sit you down, stood at the entrance for over ten minutes without anyone greeting or indicating to sit myself, even though there were two waiters, a bartender, and a manager standing by the entrance. The waiter finally said it was open sitting since it was fairly early in the afternoon. He did not bring a menu along, after a several minutes the waiter took my order, I ordered the grill chicken taco without onion, which came with onion regardless of my food request, for $6, the tortilla should be of better quality. Now, the beef fried tacos were not bad, the best was the one with pickles in it, I recommend that, but the $6 a taco, is simply not worth it, as I was eating my second taco, a fruit fly fell on my plate, told the waiter about and did nothing, gross. Do yourself a favor, don’t come to this place for tacos, there are other places with better quality service in all aspects a “taco” place is expected of. Clearly, there is a lack of service training, over priced food, bland ambiance.

Our favorite dining experience in LA! We were a group of six and tried a variety of tacos and sides — the Branzino, Sanchozuk Wagyu, shrimp, and crispy beef & pickle tacos were the standouts. The chicken options were okay, but nothing too memorable. The guacamole was definitely a highlight — fresh, creamy, and better than the salsa in our opinion. We also had elote, chips with 8oz guac & salsa, and finished with some warm, cinnamon-sugar churros. Drinks were a whole experience on their own — especially the three liters of margarita we shared at the table! The atmosphere is what really made it special: warm tones, layered textures, and colorful details that made the space feel both vibrant and cozy. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. It’s not just a place to eat — it’s a place you want to stay and enjoy. Total came to $585.17 with gratuity included, which felt worth it for the quality, service, and setting. Would absolutely come back.

I was the only solo party there tonight so I guess it's more fun to go with a larger party, especially on a Tuesday night at 5:30.

I ordered a chicken burrito and iced tea. The tea was fresh brewed and was very good. The waiter brought my glass and a small carafe - a nice touch.

Being my first time there, I would have appreciated any suggestions from the waiter, but I guess he was too busy tending to the five guests there tonight.

The burrito was delicious, although the tortilla, while nicely browned, was sort of doughy. When I make them at home, they are crispy outside and hot inside. As far as being spicy hot, don't worry, there was no heat at all. Maybe that's part of the BYOB part.

After I finished the last bite, the waiter promptly dropped off the check and said he'd pick it up whenever I was ready. I guess they don't have anything for dessert since my check was already closed out without any offer for anything else. Maybe single parties drinking iced tea just aren't part of their target market.

So, I paid and left. It was then as I was leaving that I noticed chips and salsa at the other two tables - things still weren't real busy. Free or not, I would have enjoyed an appetizer while looking over the menu and waiting for the meal to be delivered. Nothing was offered and I didn't know to ask. But, I guess I'm still not their target market so the routine is to get me in and out as quickly as possible and forget about any up-selling.

In any case, I probably won't ever be back - it just wasn't "that" good. Also, based on my visit, I probably won't recommend it to anyone either. It wasn't bad but they provided nothing that I...

Where do I begin? If you have a newborn baby and a stroller like I do, then this is NOT the restaurant for you. Rebecca, second time giving this place a second chance and I end up with her as a server again. Extremely rude. Terrible attitude. Not accommodating to her tables. They should not be able to say they are wheelchair accessible. If I was in a wheelchair, and what happened today while I was in a chair it would be classified as discrimination against the disabled. Completely disgusting how they treated my family and I. We were welcomed in and sat by William on the outdoor patio. Small table, but with some adjusting we made it comfortable and tucked our stroller on the side. William brought our chips, salsa and guacamole and let us browse the menu for a moment. Then.. we were faced with Rebecca. She told us to move the stroller, knowing there was no other room. Then let us know another party would be sitting behind us, and there’s nothing she can do. We felt pushed out. Are we not good enough to eat out because we have a baby? The other family was sat after us, mind you we had food on the table and were eating. If you can’t accommodate, state that. Or choose to sit them at another table or let them know to sit inside. I’m not sure who’s managing this place, but...

The food is so good I continue to subject myself to their miserable service. And it’s not even necessarily the staff is rude, although management regularly is. It’s just terribly run. I’ve shown up to find them closed despite hours showing open, I’ve had them close for a party but agree we could sit outside only to be told after ordering and waiting they’re making it to go because we can’t stay, I’ve tried to support them during the shut down with take away orders but had a no show the first time and the second went to pick up and found just a horde of people pressing in trying to figure out who’s order is ready or not. The slightest bit of organization would make this place great but 40% of the time I show up here I have a terrible experience. One time after we had made reservations we sit down to eat and the food is a little slow coming out, no big deal, but then after about an hour ten min we’re asked to leave because someone’s waiting for our table. ASKED TO LEAVE AFTER WE MADE A RESERVATION AND THEY WERE SLOW WITH THE FOOD!! I could go on and on it’s crazy how terrible they are at running a restaurant. But a real tribute to the food that I continue to show up every time vowing this is the last time. Get your act...
