It's like Amazon in real life. You can find anything here. Do you know Daiso? This place is like Daiso on steroids!! If you don't know what I'm talking about then we'll just leave it at that. All I can say is this place really has a great marketing team who gets the job done. You can't leave the place without buying something!! There are blankets, underwear, baby stuff, rice cookers, knives, bowls, cleaning supplies, utensils, and just about any other household item you can come up with. The prices are not very high considering the quality of the merchandise they well. Most everything is made in Korea, Japan, or Germany. We recently bought a bunch of baby stuff from here because we really love the quality of their stuff. Most of our home appliances that can be bought and brought back to Texas will be purchased here for sure! I love this place .. ugh* I already can't wait to go back haha! There is plenty of parking in the front, side, and even a little garaged parking lot behind the building. There are many cashiers and checkout counters available for quick service and public restrooms in the front for use before and...
Read moreI'm really sorry to hear about your experience! It can be really disappointing when a place you love suddenly becomes uncomfortable due to poor customer service. It sounds like the cashier's unfriendliness has made your visits to Kim's Electronics less enjoyable, especially since you used to look forward to going there.
It's understandable that you felt the need to return your items rather than deal with an unpleasant interaction. Customer service can make or break a shopping experience, and it seems like this location could greatly benefit from some staff training.
Hopefully, your feedback reaches the management so they can address this issue. It’s always sad when a favorite spot loses its charm, but perhaps there’s a chance for improvement. If you feel comfortable, sharing your thoughts directly with the store might help bring about some positive change.
Wishing you better experiences in the future! If you'd like to talk more or need any suggestions, feel free...
Read moreI have been visited there at least a half dozen times before. First of all, the parking lot is on a war zone space. You have to get into almost a fight to get to be parked. You have no room for a midsize or full size auto. Staff or salesmen or saleswomen on the floor or counter shows no signs of any welcome for the customers to the center. They just watch you. No hello or ola, or hi or how do yo do? Originally, this place name was literally "Kim" Electric" ( 김스전기). Now this home center is comparable to 99 Cents Store. I wouldn't recommend this home center to visit. You can't return your items like Costco. If you need any home stuff, just go to Walmart or Target or Costco. Costco stands behind their products and they ask "no questions whatsoever" if any chance you have to take back your purchases. I like Costco or Mercedes or Lexus or...
