MaDang Courtyard — Attraction in Los Angeles

The parking people are running some kind of scam! Be careful! Please make sure you always get an entry ticket before you go into the parking from the dispensing machine or attendance. I am not the only one that filing this complaint, if you look at the review in yelp, you should see some other people complaint about this. The reviews have many problems with parking/Valet. This incident happen on 06/24/2017 around 9:30pm, the parking attendance left the gate open intentionally (maybe the bar did not even work) to let people go in without getting the ticket. There is a person sitting in the pay booth, there is no way they have not notice that the gate is not working properly. I have seen at least four cars ahead of me did the same thing at the same time. When I tried to leave (only there for less than 2 hours), they accused me of a lost ticket and charged me the max $12.00. The worst things, the attendant who work there act like I am the criminal. He ask me to pull my car to the side and let me wait there, when he came over to the side after a few minutes wait, he start yelling at me immediately and accuses me of enter the parking without permission. I have not made any statement that I will not pay for the charge at all, I was just trying to find out how do I pay and get out. What give the attendance the right to yell at people with that kind of attitude? Even Police officer does not have the right to do that to people. The attendance is extremely rude and disrespectful. The parking attendance’s aggressive attitude make we feel being threaten. I just pay for the max charge, left and avoid the confrontation. I have never had this type of service or behavior in service industry. I find it is not acceptable, and consider this as a scam. Scam Parking Lot!!! Very rude attendant. Always check your ticket time! We came in at 615'sh and took out ticket, went to the K Cosmetics store and had our ticket validated for 4 hrs stamped. We went for a boba and ate at Pelicana then head back to the parking garage and approximately spend 2 hrs. When we head out, parking attendant showed that our ticket showed we came at 315PM ( more than 5 hours? 100% sure we did not) and owed $10 and complained to us that we can't be mad at him as he is just an attendant. I looked up at ticket and we asked that is not incorrect, he was extremely mad shouting and just torturing us then when I gave back the ticket to pay it, he said its not $12.50 because it took as an extra minute to complain. Wow! This guy is a lowly guy that is not worth talking with ( may not even understand full English) . You are left with no alternative, and he was mad as hell so you will just give your card for you to be let out. This parking lot is a SCAM, look carefully at the ticket they will spit out to you. This mall grew on me, each time I went lower back lately i discovered increasingly shops to test out and save at. The decor (Korean stimulated) may be very fine and stylish, it's an outside mall with a movie theater, a grocery store (H-Mart, downstairs), many locations to devour at (i like Paris Baguette!), ice cream shops, restaurants. Aladdin book place is constantly nice to save at and Daiso is wonderful to browse, get belongings you need or matters that are simply amusing, due to the fact the charge is proper! If i might stay within the area i'd discover extra their eating places and funky dessert locations. first-rate plaza, not too large, cool decor, proper off Wilshire/Western subway stop.
