Nail Nation Spa LA Los Angeles — Attraction in Los Angeles

Refer to photos they speak for themselves. I got a pedicure and manicure here. I’m very disappointed in the quality and customer service. Don’t waste your money.

While I was there both my nail techs were very kind. I got my toes done first and then fingernails done after. I got regular nail polish on my toes and they dried for over an hour while I got my fingernails done. I paid $160 including tip. Unfortunately my nails were ruined by the time I got home. Nail polish was smudged, lumpy and coming off. I called them and told them about my dissatisfaction and they told me I could PAY to get them repainted. I told them I do not want to pay to get them repainted as I already paid once for them. The staff member told me it was because I got regular nail polish and not gel. Regardless of the type of polish I got it should last the ride home at the very least. I don’t think any business should be selling a product they cannot back. My gel nails look fine aside from the accent nails. I paid extra for a design with hearts and you can’t even tell they’re hearts, on top of that the colors don’t even match. Would not...

I recently visited Nail Nation Spa on Melrose Ave in Los Angeles, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean, stylish, and welcoming space. The salon has a relaxing vibe and is clearly well-maintained — definitely one of the more upscale-feeling spots in the area.

They offer a full menu of services, including manicures, pedicures, Gel-X extensions, acrylics, dip powder, waxing, and even eyelash extensions. I got a Gel-X manicure and a pedicure, and both were top-notch. The attention to detail was amazing, and the results were flawless. Michelle, my nail tech, was incredibly skilled and friendly, and made sure I was happy with every step of the process.

I've been going to Nail Nation for almost two years and will be coming back as long as they're open! I literally carry their business cards in my purse to give to people because I get so many compliments on their work, and my out of town friends have used their designs as inspo for their own sets. Not only do I love the art, but Michelle recommended hard gel after I told her about my frequent breaks & generally thin/weak nails, and I will never get anything else-- my nails are now so long and healthy, I can't believe it, and on the rare occasion one breaks, she can always fix it perfectly. I also don't have very good hearing, so communicating with nail techs has always been a struggle, but they're patient with me and Michelle especially always nails it even if I'm not 100% sure what I want.
