DONT BE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
My friend is an elementary school teacher and I wanted to take her out for a stress relieving LA day during her spring break! I thought Rage Ground would be the perfect and I am so glad we went!
Anthony checked us in and was absolutely incredible! You do need to bring your proof of vaccination upon check in and make sure to fill out the waiver beforehand. Weekends are their busiest and we had our appointment at 1pm on a Saturday. DON'T BE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT 😅 we were late which was 100% on us but luckily there was an open time slot we can take and we were able to do so with a late fee. Anthony was incredibly helpful and kind to us throughout everything. He was very patient with us as well and answered all of our questions.
We were only in the room for our booked 20 mins and my friend and I were dripping in sweat from all of the smashing and breaking! We finished smashing everything in our room a little early and Sly who worked there was kind enough to help us take pictures in our rage room! They also liked the axe earrings I wore just for the occasion 😁😂
They give you complimentary water to enjoy outside afterwards and a large seating area in the lobby with big fans to cool you off! I got massive glass chunks stuck in the bottom of my shoes. Thankfully I wore my platform boots and they have tools to help you get any pieces stuck in your shoes.
Overall this was an incredible experience and I would absolutely recommend Rage Ground to everyone! A great and fun thing to do with your friends! Thank you Sly and Anthony for the incredible customer service and I can't wait...
Read moreI had planned a birthday event and spent $1,200 to rent a venue for 2 hours. Initially, I booked it for 5:30, but shortly after, I requested to change it to 7:30, which was confirmed via email. This took days for someone to reply to my email. However, upon arrival, the appointment was never updated despite receiving confirmation. Despite their attempt to blame it on a computer glitch, it was clearly a human error. They offered half the venue starting at 9 pm on a Sunday, leaving us with only 1 hour and no exclusivity. Despite agreeing to a 50% refund, they failed to provide written confirmation due to lack of management on premises. They later changed it through email offering a 25% credit, which was unacceptable given the circumstances. The lack of communication and organization, coupled with safety concerns, led me to warn others against patronizing this venue, which appears to be poorly managed by inexperienced individuals. Keep in mind, I paid for a 2 hour private event scheduled at 7:30 p.m. We started at 9 pm on Sunday for an hour. They closed at 10 pm. It wasn't private and we got half the place not the whole place. THEIR MISTAKE! Had they told me all I'd get it was a 25% credit. I would have canceled the whole thing and took my money back and gone to Level 8 down the street. Complete rip off! The toilet they had was also clogged. Called American Express filed the dispute and already received money back on my...
Read moreThis was my first time here, it looked really fun, and they had mostly good reviews. So needless to say, i was excited, but still was not sure what to expect. When i made the reservation i thought i had booked it for two people since i was surprising my BF for his birthday but had accidentally just made the reservation for 1. I was able to purchase another entry for the same time. everything they provided seemed clean so there was no issue there. however, the problem was we got skimped out on the amount of glass we were supposed to be provided. on their website the specify, and i quote, "includes 34 breakable glass items per person." we only realized this when we had already started breaking it that we only got enough glass for 1 person, not the total 68 we were supposed to receive. It was cathartic at first but the space is super small, no ventilation, just beer bottles no other fun glass to break. but after we went through the glass for 1 person (not 2) within maybe 15-20mins, the experience lost its luster. If you go, I suggest maybe counting the glass and make sure you get what you pay for. Would I do this again? probably not at this location. It was a rip off how much they charge for such a cheap and short lived experience....
