Read moreI had high hopes for my visit to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways.
We had a reservation for 6:30 PM but weren't seated until 7:00 PM, which was frustrating, especially with children in tow. Once seated, the section we were in was uncomfortably cold, with drafts coming from every direction, making it hard to enjoy the meal.
To add to the disappointment, they were out of several menu items, including kids' pizzas, mac and cheese, chicken parmesan, the cinnamon dessert, and the seasonal melty snowman cocktail. This left us scrambling to choose items we didn’t really want, which was a letdown.
The condition of the floor where we were seated was also concerning—it was extremely slippery. Two of our three kids slipped while walking, which could have led to injuries.
The service time was another issue. It took about 50 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, the sliders and mozzarella sticks were stone cold. This was unacceptable, especially given how long we waited.
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the delayed seating, uncomfortable environment, unavailable menu items, safety concerns, and subpar food quality. I hope BJ's takes this feedback seriously to improve their service and...

As an adult, I understood the joke, even though it was in poor taste for a group of people that had been in line for 2 hours, but that "joke" hurt that child. Then, to top it off, it was 30 minutes before the store closed and all the people left in line agreed, the Disney manager would not let them be added to the 4 people - one family - that they were still letting in. Very poor guest service...
