Wards Crossing — Attraction in Lynchburg

My favorite department store in the whole world is here, Target!!! My other favs, Michael's Craft Store, Aldi's, Petsmart, and Barnes & Noble, are also here! Shopping center also includes Rack Room Shoes, Sportmans, Best Buy, Catherine's (great plus size womens clothing), Good Feet, Affordable Dentures, UPS Store, Hallmark, Sally's Beauty, Five Guys, Blaze Pizza, Subway, Gamestop, and a nail salon. Starbucks is inside the Target, but that Starbucks closes at 8pm. If you're late like me, there's a drive-thru Starbucks right next door to shopping center entrance that's open later. Plenty of food dining choices within shopping center or right on the outer perimeter of center. Outer restaurants include Sweet Frog, Vinny's (Italian and amazing pizza), McDonald's, Firehouse Subs, Olive Garden, Charleys, Zaxby, Panda Express, and more. Target abd Aldi are great for grocery shopping just be aware that Aldi closes at 8pm and you'll need to bring your own bags and a quarter to get a cart unlocked (you get quarter back when you return cart.) Giant well lit parking lot that has easy access from Wards road. In town early (12-29-2018) for the Winterfest event tomorrow at Liberty University. Needed a few small items ( I highly recommend the inexpensive foam earplugs located in the pharmacy department when attending any loud music event ) and popped over to the Wal Mart located here. There are a number of shops and restaurants located here in the contiguous parking lot. This Wal-Mart has lots of Liberty University themed items and even a dedicated Liberty University shop within the store. It is better stocked and better kept than many Wal-Mart's I have seen. Whatever you do, do NOT order from them online for shipping to the store. I ordered something for my son. They took my money, I got notification of the item shipping, notification that it had arrived at the store, and notification that it was ready for pick up. 2 days later I was sending someone to pick the item up because I had been sick. While she was on the way I got an email saying the order was cancelled and I would get a refund. When I asked customer service why they said the item wasn't available at that store... even though it was ready for pick up 2 days prior. So, I never gor the item AND I never got my refund and customer service ghosted when questioned about why. 10/10 do...
