Murray Hotel Fudge Company at the Murray Hotel — Attraction in Mackinac Island

I’ve been up and down the strip looking for the best fudge on the island and without a doubt, this is it.

Not only is the fudge itself softer and creamier than everywhere else, but the flavors are bountiful and wildly unique. Everywhere has chocolate and peanut butter and walnut but this place!? Out of this world! Marcia, the beautiful genius chef from Jamaica, has concocted brilliant flavors and has somehow made fudge that is lemon meringue, cotton candy, birthday cake, German chocolate cake, creamsicle, smores, and so much more! They’ve got the standard flavors but then they have the most unique flavors on the island.

I could spend all day raving about them. I almost spent all day there thanks to the kindness of Kenniesha who offered me samples. What a find.

This place was highly recommended. A bit tricky to find as it is inside....a building. Staff seemed bored. Not mean or bad- just bored. In anycase.
