Went to this mom/pop store to get some simple concrete fasteners. Some guy who identified himself as the owner was offended when I called one of my crew to see if they could use anything in the pathetic selection the store offered. The "owner" (no business owner I ever knew acted like this jerk) got all snotty and the visit ended badly. This is a hardware store in name only and a very poor example of how to conduct a business. The store has a good selection of knives and the young man behind the counter was nice. However, they had a sign on the counter for a $5 rebate on knives. I was told by the owner that he had put the sign there but would only give a $5 rebate on your next purchase.
