There's swimming allowed here, but there's also a sign posted to swim at your own risk. My 7yo was so excited, however, we didn't know thr rocks would be so sharp! Due to the sharp rocks and no water shoes, he was only able to go out to his knees and just sat down in the water in his desperate attempt to swim. When the blue ice happens in the winter time, this is a wonderful place to set up and get photos.
