Arrived at 918am for breakfast and there were 8 people in line. 5 waiting to place an order and 3 waiting to pick up order. One cashier on front taking orders who moved very slowly and seem confused as to who to give the order to. The customer had left of which she didnt realized. She set tray down to give to another customer and that customer said no this is not what i ordered. The cashier left the counter to ask people in the dining area who the order belong to. Cashiers should never leave the cash register to serve food especially without gloves on. Touching food tray and then handling cash. Its a nice gesture to take plates to the table but this is fast food and now the food-plate is cold and people were couching and sneezing. So i waited and the lady from the drive thru tried to wait on drive thru and lobby while giving the cook instructions what to do which when orders are given workers should respect there manager and do as you are told do. Meanwhile, the rest of us customers waited. The cashier still watched the monitor confused and moved so slow-- no apology for delays or anything. I applaud the lady in the drive who seem to be the manager trying to accomodate everyone... but more people are in need during breakfast and customer service skills need revisiting. I left went to Hardees walked in was greeted promptly with smiles, served and graciously. Please speak to your crew. This was a awful morning for them but they can improve so that they wont lose customers...
Read moreAfter a few beers and a night on the town, my gut drew me into the sweet delight of a Krystal burger. My friends and I busted through the doors-slapped in the face by the devilishly addictive smell of steamy, scrumptious tiny baby burgers. We gazed upon the menu like the Heavens golden light shined onto our faces. "Is this heaven? Am I dead?", I asked. Expecting the voice of God herself to respond...
God did not respond, however, an angel did.
Angel was working the front counter that faithful night. She was joined with Travis and Darrell, slinging chili cheese fries and taking orders like no Krystal before. As Eye of Tiger keeps these HEROES going, I notice that the fight is unwinnable. They WILL LOSE their battle. Not because of their attitudes, not because of the grease stains that seem to have taken refuge on their clothing. They will fail because of the lack of support from upper management and the owner, whoever that SADISTIC person is. The drive-through was packed and the lobby hosted "Jason Aldeans Post Concert Throw-Down Extravaganza" and THEY'RE TELLING ME THAT THREE BEAUTIFUL CREATURES ARE THE ONLY ONES RUNNING THE MIDNIGHT SHIFT! Get it together, Krystals on Riverside (Not to be confused with the Tom Hill Krystals- IDFWU anyways) Your teams deserve better than that! Thanks again to Angel, Darrell and Travis for your hard work. If I ever open a business, you guys are my first hires. (only four stars, because of the demons who did...

Begin with Krystal Macon then proceeds to other charges trying to be made. I have the proof of more than six to ten a day. They start with Krystal Macon at 5.69 , followed by up 204. 96. Multiple transactions back to back, followed by the last transaction of being Crystal and Macon again for the 569.. this location is right by the trauma hospital. I can only imagine how many people have gone through this. The elderly, people who are grieving and traveling that do not keep their cards locked. In this day and time it’s a disgrace period. I had a manager give me the name of the girl that’s doing this. She still has a job there. I’ve had to file a police report, I seeking a lawyer to take my case on . People be ware of a scam that is probably every easily done...
