I stayed there for one night upon check in I was asked if I have a car for parking and the answer was no. And I explained that I do not have a car in the garage. At night I received the charge of $14 for parking. At checkout I explained myself again and I asked why I've been charged $14 if I do not have a car in parking. I was told by the representative that it was a mistake and been taken off, I received an invoice for $14 for parking. And the breakfast at the executive Lodge was really bad I ate with my fingers because there was no silverware had no employees. I have stayed in this hotel many many times but now it really went down. Ownership changed and hotel doesn't care at all for the guests anymore and it's really bad service. PS. I contacted the GM, he had no interest, I looked up his LinkedIn and it all made sense. Fish stinks on the head first...

Check-in was easy, and they were very nice and helpful. You apparently have to use your room key to get the elevator to move - who knew? Haha! there needs to be a sign so people who dont know dont feel totally stupid when asking. Rooms are small but very clean and nicely done up. Coffee in the room never comes with enough cream, and the lids didn't even fit the cups. TV was good, there was a good selection and fox news, yay!! What sucks about hotels now - everywhere I think - u get charged for parking and breakfast when it used to be all included. Breakfast was good, it was a buffet style. They had eggs made to order, but we didn't know, and the waitress didn't ask us. The coffee was awful awful! Please can you do better, Hilton? lol And the parking attendant upon exiting was very helpful

As a Hilton Diamond member, this is the best Double Tree I have been so far. Room and amenities are clean and well maintained. Staffs are kind and always ask if everything is good. I will definitely come back again. Though there is a one safety concern I want to make. On the sides of the bed frame, there is a sharp edged metal piece (photo attached, I covered with a towel) that I scratched my foot pretty bad. Did not bleed but it was painful and could be especially dangerous for small kids trying to climb the bed. Hope the metal piece can be covered with silicon or something.

We stayed at the hotel before when it was under Radisson. Great location. The room was nice and clean, but I found the bed a little uncomfortable, compared to most DoubleTree hotels. Then we found out the size of the double bed was not a queen size but more like a twin bed haha. The Front Desk didn't get a memo that we're married LOL. The room includes a coffee machine, a safe, and everything travelers need. Well, I don’t need a lot. The hotel has an indoor pool that lets you go in and out to enjoy the sun. The pool room has a jacuzzi to relax and heal your muscles. The pool was the best part of the stay ha! The gym was big, too, but I didn't use it this time because I was happy spending time at the pool. Nobody was there, so I could swim away, although I don’t swim well. I float well! The hotel is perfect for holding a big conference. The space was enormous, and the security was excellent! Nice stay!
