Hannoush Jewelers — Attraction in Manchester

I was recommended to Tony and family at Hannoush by a friend of the family who said they have been doing business with Them for quite a few years and have made several big dollar purchases. They said no matter what Tony and company stand behind what they sell to their customers and will always care. I decided to give them a chance over my typical trip to one of the larger names (I.e., Zales, Jared, etc). And so far I am glad that I did.

My wife's wedding band set had seen better days and actually lost the center stone from the ring along with years of regular wear and tare etc. I originally went to them with the intent of buying something totally new as my wife deserves it. After several trips into the store and spending hours and hours going to different stores and online research etc. to get some ideas of what I wanted I took one last trip to Hannoush to speak to Tony. He could see that I was struggling.

Tony took the time to talk to me and to listen to me and try to understand what I was looking for. After about an hour he had helped me determine exactly what I was looking for. He hunted down and hand picked me the exact diamond we wanted to use for the center stone of the ring and involved me in the process.

To go one step further, he suggested we build the exact ring set that I wanted so it would be perfect. I explained that I may not be able to afford it. Tony helped me design the ring (every aspect). I explained that this would be the best option as my wife was very sentimental and I would love to somehow utilize her old ring to make the new one. Tony did just that and he made it happen. All said and done the ring came out absolutely incredible, it came out exactly how we intended and how I anticipated and within budget! I also had a very short timeframe for when I needed the ring turned around for the Christmas holiday and they made it happen. They never pressured me once during this process and I never felt uncomfortable for a second.

I can't say enough about Tony and family over at Hannoush Jewlers in Manchester. These people really care about the customer and it is genuine. I will be a life long customer and would recommend them to anyone. My first experience with them could not have been better and everything went exactly as he/they said it would with no issues, now a days this is almost unheard of. I couldn't be more happy and I guarantee my wife will be absolutely blown away.

Kudos to my [now] fiance and Tony for creating the engagement ring of my dreams, but the customer service left something to be desired.

My fiance was talked into getting a smaller sized ring despite him expressing every man's fear that when he was down on one knee the ring wouldn't fit... and it didn't. No biggie, but it's how we were treated after that is saddening.

We return from our vacation and make a beeline for the for Hannoush. After hours of travel and going into express the ring needed to be resized "a little", the first woman we talked rudely exclaimed "that's more than just a little" and went to grab Tony. He examined the ring and my hand and took my beautiful diamond away. When I asked when it'd be back, he estimated a date two and a half weeks from the drop-off, explaining the jeweler picks up on Monday (it was Wednesday) so it wouldn't go out until then "unless something important had to go out earlier"... what is more important to a newly engaged couple than their engagement ring? Not okay to say. But Tony also said it was likely to be back within a week.

Fast forward to the following Friday. No ring. Fast forward to the next Monday, Tony says sorry, no ring yet, but he has an important client's ring expected back on Wednesday so it could be back with that... Again, making us feel unimportant. Wednesday comes and goes, no ring.

At least it was back a little over two weeks later, and Tony hid in his office as my fiance picked up the ring. I didn't dare go as I was so upset as to how we had been dismissed and repeatedly told our new, custom engagement ring was unimportant.

I wish their service matched the perfection of the ring, but instead they lost their chance to cultivate...

First I'am going to start off by saying Five stars is not enough, 10 Stars. My girlfriend and I visited this store in August of 2021 and was met by a very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL man by the name of Tony, we looked at a few diamonds and settings, Tony was was very helpful and informative about each item we looked at, you can really tell he enjoys what he does and does not push anything on to the customer they dont want, so i asked if he would write down the information of a particular setting and diamond on a business card for future reference, he was generous enough to include everything i needed for future inquires with him. So fast forward to August 2022, I've decided to ask my girlfriend to marry me, we have looked at dozens of Jewelers, but I still had that business card still kicking around in my wallet, I gave Tony a call and said you probably don't remember me from a year ago, but i would like to business with you, he said fantastic, he was very excited that I still had his card from the year prior, i was able to send him a pic of the card and Tony worked his magic with a new Setting and Diamond. Tony was awesome through the whole transaction and keeping me up to date with the sizing and mounting time. I received the Certification and appraisal for the setting and Diamond.
